waterpark resting placePosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Nice staff. clean.
My son and I stayed at the hotel while we went to Silverwood. The hotel was a very comfortable and clean place to rest in the evening and eat breakfast in the mornings. It was quite and we stayed next to the elevator.

Excellent choice for our last night of our vacatioPosted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast with hot items such as scrambled eggs, potatoes and some fresh fruit along with all of the other choices!
Cons: Can't really think of any improvements.
Location: Very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. . .
This hotel was a little tricky to get to. . .kind of a roundabout way. Once we maneuvered our way through the shopping mall parking lot it was OK. Check in was a breeze, ladies at the front desk were very happy and cheerful. When we got to our room, there was a man sitting on our couch. . .turns out it was the manager and he was fixing the TV. So, we went back down to the front desk, and they gave us keys to an alternate room. We walked in to our "new" room and were pleasantly suprised. Great layout, plenty of room, very nice vanity area and the washroom was great! All in all, probably one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at! The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet, as we needed some good rest as we had a long drive the next day.

Location: Shopco was next door and there was Sherrys restaurant right there.
Check in was a breeze, and the room was utterly fantastic. It was large and extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast the hotel provided was incredible.

Nice HotelPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: Almost everything.
Cons: Heat the pool.
Loved the hotel. The rooms were clean, large. I love it when the bedspread is white so that you can tell that they actually launder the bedspread. The free hot breakfast was nice. It is wonderful to find a dog-friendly hotel that is also nice for people. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool. However, the water is cold!

Clean hotel w/ free WiFi.Posted May 16, 2015
Pros: Location was great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Hot cookies each afternoon.
Cons: Signage could be improved. You have to enter through the Shopko parking lot and it's not very clear.
Location: Downtown Couer d'Alene and lake are close by.
The hotel looked freshly remodeled and very clean. Free breakfast was good. Free WiFi was a nice touch, but slow. There were several soccer tournaments in town, so several teams were staying there. No fault of the hotel, but kids under 12 were left unattended in the pool and fitness center.
