“very clean and comfortable”

Could not ask for more. Very convienent off I-90 and close to a number of good eating places. And, they are pet friendly!

“Not Impressed”

There was no bathtub, only a shower which was difficult for our small children. The pool was always open but very small and crowded. The beds were uncomfortable and there was NO clock in the room - we had to phone for a wake up call and to check time. It wasn't overly priced and it had a standard continental breakfast and was also very close to Cabella's. Overall I wasn't happy with it and will find a different hotel for our next visit.

“Great Hotel for the money”

I was in town for a graduation and found this hotel on line.I checked in late and just wanted to get to bed. The front desk was helpful and I was in my room in a matter of 2 minutes. The room was nothing special but it was just for 8 hours before returning home. The only issue I hat was the sink stopper was not connected to the sink, I had to remove it by hand, no real issue. I let them know in the morning, and overheard another guest had the same isue. The breakfast was good, again nothing specail but they did have waffles and hard boiled eggs, not just the average muffin and juice you find at some places. All and all it was a great find and would stay with this company again!

“Convenient, Clean, Priced Right”

This hotel was right next to I-90 but not at all loud and noisy. It was quiet, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the surrounding area had a lot to offer for restaurants. One restaurant was within walking distance and just one exit away is GW Hunters, a fabulous little steak house. We highly recommend this hotel for the service, cleanliness, and comfort. In fact, we're heading back through and plan on staying here again! The best hotel we've found in the Couer d'Alene/ Spokane area and we'll be staying here from now on.

“Friendliest in Town!”

This hotel had by far the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at! EVERYONE was so professional and friendly. The 24hr pool was great - the kids loved it!!!!! The room and bathroom were not user friendly - but VERY clean! Thanks for helping us have a wonderful family vacation..............

“Great value, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast”

We stayed here for IM Coeur d'Alene (with two young kids) and it worked out perfectly. Staff are very helpful, the room was a pretty decent size, the kids enjoyed the pool and the real bonus was the excellent breakfast provided each morning (fresh fruit, waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, bread etc). Unlike buffet breakfasts in other hotels, the food was constantly monitored and replaced. The hotel opened up breakfast at 4am on the morning of the race, which was a really nice touch for those of us competing that morning. I would very strongly recommend this hotel.

“Will stay again if in the area”

Very pleased with the hotel and staff. Stayed 4 nights over the ironman weekend and enjoyed the breakfast each morning and slept well each night. The staff was more than accommodating and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and room clean.
