Would not recommend this hotel.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Cons: Basic things-clean rooms, finish the rooms properly
We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a grumpy front desk person. We walked into a room that looked like my 5 year old could have painted better. The bathroom pocket door was hanging half off. We couldn't open or close it. Our room had no fridge which our Expedia confirmation said it had. We asked the front desk to switch and they said no because we booked through Expedia. "We have many problems with people booking through Expedia" was the reasoning we were given. When we showed the screen shot that specified our confirmation we were sent to another room. That room was missing the door frame into the bathroom and had nails sticking out. The pool was freezing and dirty. The hot tub was out of order and was a really nasty green colour. In fact, other guests were not allowing their children to go anywhere near it. So disappointing. Upon leaving our last day we lost a shoe but found someone else's. Gross!!!

Hi Kara, I'm sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant stay with us. We have just completed renovating our rooms, and due to that there are some issues that are pending to be fixed but are on our to do list. This includes touching up our rooms and working on the pool area. As for the poor customer service, i sincerely apologize. Providing excellent customer service is something we pride ourselves on and the service you received was unacceptable. I will make sure a similar situation does not arise. Thank you for your feedback and once again i apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Harneet

Good for single overnight stop

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: The morning staff attending the breakfast were friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet and clean. Free WiFi.
Cons: Hire more cleaning staff. Set sprinklers to avoid getting cars wet in parking lot. No refrigerator in the room. Long line for the single waffle iron.
We arrived late and our room was still not ready because of a shortage of cleaning staff. We went on a tour of Post Falls and had dinner adding yet another two hours while waiting for the room to be cleaned. The desk manager apologized for the delay. Also due to lack of personnel the front desk is not continuously staffed, but there is a bell you can ring. The rest of our stay was uneventful.

Hi Micheal, I am very sorry about your late check in and assure you this was a one time situation. We have hired more housekeeping staff as of recent. Unfortunately we were not prepared that day for the situations that would arise and take full responsibility for that. We also do have rooms with refrigerators upon request. Hopefully other aspects of your stay were positive ones and greatly appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again soon!

Nice staff and room

Posted Aug 2, 2014
The room was clean. My kids loved the huge stand up shower - no bathtub. My overall experience was good with a few minor complaints . Internet was extremely slow and we would gave to move around the room to find a good connection. The hot tub wasnt working properly and the water looked very dirty but was still open for people to use. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Decent hotel for a great rate

Posted Aug 1, 2014
The hotel was nice enough- staff very friendly. We were bummed that the pool had been drained a day earlier and had not heated up very much since being refilled. It was too cold for us. Other than that, it was comfortable and had a great breakfast.

No guarantee check-in time

Posted Jul 15, 2014
I reserved & prepaid reservation. Check-in time posted of 3:00: room reserved with American Express guaranteed reservation. Upon arrival, I was advised rooms would not be ready until 4-4:30, & that a person checking in had already got first priority. They had fell bookings, but advised I needed to get on the list right away or we would not get the few rooms that might be available at 4:30. I had prepaid so could not go elsewhere. I asked for a conference with the housekeeper to get an exact time. I asked for the manager. I was advised that it was the manager I was speaking with, & she refused to talk with housekeeper or provide specific check in time. We were told to wait there until available or "miss ou chance." We had just driven 9 hours with little boys. Finally, an auditor came through, nice & polite & called housekeeper who said 20 minutes was no problem.

Nice hotel and easy to find.

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: The speed of checking in and out.
I found the front desk to be a little slow. Was pleased to find the Continental Breakfast still available at 9:30 a.m. It was good. Loved that it was as close to the park. We all slept good and enjoyed the shower.
