“good price and dated. bring ear plugs”

Acceptable amenities (tho no elevator), good price, and rooms were clean albeit small and in need of updating. Recommend ONLY IF you brought ear plugs, as every door that slams on your floor WILL wake you up, as will any drunks that happen to room next door. The walls were super-thin and had no discernable soundproofing. And the 2 "non-smoking" rooms we rented definitely smelled of smoke, though it didn't appear to be cigarette smoke. (As nonsmokers, we're unable to tell you what kind of smoke.)
