We Didn't Even StayPosted Jun 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were tired after a long drive. Found the motel -- looked really shoddy. Then things got worse. A beer party out front of the motel -- 5 or 6 guys drinking and being loud, some on each end of the short section of rooms. Us beside one on the end. Looked inside anyway. Looked like a very cheaply furnished mobile home -- with only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for the 2 of us. My wife's eyes got bigger and bigger as she stood in the middle of the room. I tossed the key cards under the door as we left -- to the next town and a decent place to stay. Never done that before in travels all over world + US.. First and last experiment with Relax Inn.

AVOID!Posted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
When we checked in they said they hadn't gotten any payment even though It was fully paid at booking. The man at the desk said we would have to call who we booked it through. We didn't have the number so we said he would have to look it up on the computer. He finally let us stay in the only room left without paying more. Some staff member went up before us to spray airfreshner and open the sliding glass door to air the place. The room was about the worst I have been to and my mom refused to stay so we had to go to the hotel next door which was a much better deal. So we lost the money we paid here. The room was different than the others so maybe the other rooms are better but don't book this one in advance!

bad experiencePosted Apr 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Toilet didn't work, no soap supplied, door to outside had big gap you could see through which let all the heat out when it was 15°f outside.

We made our reservation through Hotels.com and when we checked in there was no record of our reservation. the entire motel was in need of repair. Just plain shabby. A garden hose was tangled up across the sidewalk between the motel rooms and the office, a real tripping hazard. There is no way this could be considered a Hotel and I am surprised you have it listed on your web site. We spent $73 for a $40 dollar room.

I needed a last minute stop for rest and this place was the most affordable in the area. Its no luxury hotel but if clean and quiet is what your looking for, this place has it.

Seriously it was a $50 hotel room! My husband and I were traveling 11 hours from home to move his mother back with us and we just needed a bed for the night. The location was perfect, the bed was comfy, good enough. Yes for those of you who are more picky about a $50 room, there was stained carpets, the door was weird and u could see inside the room from the outside bc of the huge cap at the top, no soap, paint chips on the floor, the shower took about 5 minutes to get warm, and the toilet didn't flush we had to manually dump water in the back of the tank to flush it. But seriously, as I repeat again... it was a $50 room.....however the truckstop across the street had amazing food! You can tell that its under new management and he is slowly remodeling each room so give it some time and Im sure it wont be so bad in like another 6 months to a year. I would stay there again bc its cheap and serves the purpose of a place to sleep and there wasn't bugs LOL

This was just a stop for a couple hours of sleep while driving from Colorado to Florida. The rate was attractive, and the location was perfect, (just off the interstate), but the room didn't "feel" clean.... the towels were worn and even ripped, the sheets were wrinkled like the bed had already been slept in, and there was a tiny amount of toilet paper just sitting on the back of the toilet... no paper holder. First time I had to bring my own toilet paper to a motel room. Wouldn't stay there again!

Nice location.Posted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: An inexpensive price. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Our room was decent, however, it did appear that it had not been vacuumed.
It has new management. They are trying to re-establish a reputation.

A place to sleep its okPosted Oct 26, 2012
Location: Just off the Highway
If you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep...this is fine. It is a very old motel. They do have free wi-fi and cable TV, A truck stop is across the street with a restaurant, store and a Subway. So for a place to sleep and then getting back on the road, this is a fine place.
