This hotel is located 2 miles off I-70. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast, but was grateful for the referigerator and microwave. It is older, but serviceable.

Oakley Kansas EconolodgePosted Dec 22, 2010 on Hotels.com
This is an older motel with a reasonable rate that has good potential because of location but needs different beds. We have stayed here in previous years and the beds weren't great. Although this room was large, clean, and the heater worked well, (a bit hard to adjust thermostat for balanced heating) the beds were hard as a rock and we tossed and turned all night. That is the primary reason I wouldn't stay there again if there was something else available to stay in. The breakfast was typical economy continental breakfast. There is a good truckstop restaurant within 2 miles of the motel if you need a bigger meal. The manager/owner was pleasant and helpful.

ComfortablePosted Sep 10, 2010
When we checked in, we wondered about the hotel, because we saw no windows from the parking area and brick siding looked aged. When we got to the room however, it was clean & comfortable. Large window looked out at back lawn with a very nice swimming pool-not expected. Pleasantly suprised.

quick stopoverPosted Jul 11, 2010 on Hotels.com
Just stayed for a cross-country stopover, but the people were very nice, efficient, and the room was clean and everything worked. It was also near the interstate (about 2 mi.), but very quiet and it seemed like a safe area.

Would have choosen a different hotel.Posted Dec 1, 2009 on Hotels.com
Hotel beds are usually not very comfortable, but these beds were like sleeping on boards. The maid's service is horrible because the room was not very clean. My eight month old found a bottle cap from a previous guest. The chairs in the room were in bad condition.
