Daughter took her MCAT at Landrover, MD (10mins drive from the hotel). I took 2 separate rooms for 2 nights so she can relax and rest her mind before taking the exams. I was so thankful they gave us the rooms all the way to the end-very peaceful and quite. To that person who assigned us the rooms-a special thank you from us-you exactly know what we needed. Staffs are very nice and professionals; rooms/bathrooms/showers are very clean and smell nice; beds are comfortable- hubby and I slept like babies for two nights (did not hear each other's snoring); towels are thick, super white and sufficient-we have extras all the time; ref/microwave/coffee maker are clean and ready to use; corridors are well lighted, quiet and very clean, carpets don't smell; free hot breakfast-plenty of choices every morning 6-10am. Free newspapers, coffees/teas/hot cocos, apples/bananas at the lobby. Flat screen TV (always on) and plenty of seats/tables at the lobby. Main entrance is locked at night, only guests can enter by using their cards. 24hr IHOP next door and shopping mall nearby. I love the rooms' privacy cards, just slip it in the card slots and no one will bother you.

This hotel was in a great location. Close to the Metro for a visit to Washington DC. It's also close to Baltimore. We were in the area for college visits so it was very convenient. The staff was fantastic. We called for two items and they were delivered to our door almost as soon as I hung up the phone. Our plans changed at the last minute and the front desk was able to accomodate our change - thank you so much. If our child attends a school near this hotel, we will always stay at the Residence Inn in Greenbelt, MD.

Friendly staff gave us directions to Metro which is the easiest mode of transportation to visit the nation's capital. We could see the top of Fedex field from our bedroom window which got us pretty excited given that we were going to see the game. Food was lukewarm at best, but staff offered to prepare extra food the morning we came down a few minutes before the end of breakfast period. Most cost effective alternative compared to core DC hotels and best suburb... Far from incessant Arlington airplane noise :) We loved our experience.

We arrived very early (after traveling 11 hours). The desk clerk was one of the friendliest people I've ever met! He was so happy and thoughtful. He let us check in early, no issue. (thank you!) We booked a King Suite, but since we had 5 people he switched us to a double Queen Suite without us asking. I'm so happy, that we will always stay at this Hampton!
Also, the breakfast was great. Lots of choices... it wasn't a carb fest like most.

The stay was excellent to get away from the normal busy life . It was a relaxing stay . The front desk staff were great and accommodating . The room was spacious and clean .
The hotel is in a great location , near many shops and restaurants . We had a excellent dinner at Austin Grill which was a short walk and we were shortly back in the hotel. The elevators were slow but no major issue . There were some unwelcoming guest who had ridiculous looks on there face but again something that can be ignored . The part the was very annoying was the terribly slow service at the breakfast bar . I normally don't pay for breakfast at any hotel because it should be included but I decided to do so and a "pre made " BLT took almost 30 minutes to get . People who ordered after me got there food first . I complained and got my stale and super hard breakfast compt . Perfect since It wasn't even good. Other then the racist looks and the slow breakfast bar service . The hotel is great and spaciously comfortable . I will stay again but i i I will get my breakfast from outside of the hotel .
