“Good Location & FREE Hot Breakfast +”

This hotel is conveniently located right off of 95 and is in proximity to many eating options. There is free hot breakfast offered in the morning which is a plus. The rooms are a little outdated but the rooms are very cozy. I will be using this hotel again when I travel back!

“Great inexpensive location for visiting Washington D.C.”

The hotel is in a very convenient location next to the Branch Avenue metro train stop on the Green Line that heads into D.C. The hotel runs a shuttle to the station during most of the day, although the walk itself is less than 10 minutes. There were always cabs parked right outside the station as well if its after the hours the shuttle runs (stops running at 9pm on weekdays). The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The free hot breakfast in the morning was one of the better I've had in my travels, as the main entree was different all 3 mornings I was there. The fitness center is not much, but its open 24/7 and does the job for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although the wireless internet did cut in and out occasionally. The staff were very friendly as well. There is nothing extravagant about the hotel, but I would definitely recommend this location as a great inexpensive option for visiting Washington D.C. for business (as I did on my trip). There is not a whole lot of options for entertainment or food immediately around the hotel (may require a little bit of travel), so I'm hesitant to recommend it for vacations into the area. It would be tough to beat the quality and location of the hotel for the price though. I will definitely stay here if I ever need a convenient place to conduct business in the city again.

“Great value without”

This is a clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel located outside of DC. We chose this hotel because of the many positive reviews, the nearby metro (with shuttle available) that went directly to the convention center, the price, and the breakfast. We were quite satisfied with the amenities. There is no pool here, but there is a small exercise room. The room we had was a king suite, which gave us an extra space for spreading out--a couch area and a desk, beyond simply a dresser. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which was quite appreciated!

“Great Hotel; Great Value; Great Service”

This hotel is very clean and well appointed. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is one of the best I have encountered. It is located a 10 minute walk from the metro or 2 minute shuttle ride. We had a maintenance issue with our room which was quickly and professional resolved. No complaints whatsoever. A good value in an expensive market.

Hotel was great. A good clean room & nice desk help. It's a little out of the way from down town, but considering the quality of the room for the great price I would use this hotel again when I visit DC. A good full breakfeast was enjoyable and plentiful.

This hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the Metro station. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

At first I was a little bit afraid of the distance between hotel and downtown, but it went all fine because of the free hotel shuttle, which takes people to/from a metro station whenever they want. It operates till 9 PM, but the distance from a metro station to a hotel shouldn't cost more than $10 by taxi. The area is calm, but is lacking in grocery shops (only a gas station nearby). The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine. Vending machines in the corridor - cheap. Overall - good experience and I would recommend it to everyone who is not afraid of losing some time (around 45 minutes) to get to downtown, but in a conveniant way.
