The elevator made a loud noise (screeching) when coming to a stop going up. Then we looked the inspected certificate in the elevator and it had expired!!! It expired in 12/23. When the current date was 2/13/24. Please get it up to current for everyone's peace and safety.

Property was average in appearance. Elevator area was very unpleasant. Custodians cleaning supplies and laundry area not kept very well. Air filters in my room needed to be changed. Heat and air needed servicing. Did not consistently provide heat.

Nice accommodations for a quick stay. Variety of restaurants (The Spot Food Hall, Milk and Honey, and Red Lobster to name a few). Rooms are clean and comfy, bathrooms are nice and big, I think some rooms have roll in showers. Overall, nice stay for a quick trip.

Lobby was beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was good. Happy to get fresh towels daily. Breakfast was great! Not crazy about the serving schedule. 6am-930 is a little early when you are on vacation. My only issue was that there was a lingering smoke smell in the hallway on the first floor which would seep into our room at times.

It smelled like cigarettes when we first walked into the room and it was labeled as non smoking. Also the condition of the property needs to be A LOT cleaner. And lastly our toilet was messed up and was not able to flush/kept running ( there’s also a broken hook in the room to hang your towels. Oh and one more thing the heat/air was on auto but the air kept coming on ( it wouldn’t allow us to change it)

When I got to the room there was a smell. I checked the refrigerator and there was food still there from who knows when. The tables look like they weren’t clean. I called from housekeeping, but no one showed and I ended up wiping the room down myself.
