Nice Hotel, Very Clean

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the rooms and environment
Cons: The ironing table covers need change and the front-Desk female staff should learn how to smile to customers,they need to practice courtesy .
Location: The hotel is located strategically and within the reach of most important places.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is very clean and their breakfast is very good. The Staff are friendly and answers you when you call. Every facility functions effectively. The male staff are very friendly.

Very pleasant but be prepared if doing laundry

We had a very pleasant one night stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. It is very close to Andrews Air Force Base. The only drawback for our stay was that the front desk did not have any quarters or fabric softener available, so be prepared with those things if you plan on using the guest laundry.

Pros: The staff was awesome!
Cons: The fruit salad for breakfast was frozen lol.
Location: Loved having the Metro Station so close and the shuttle that took us there and back.
My husband, our 7 year old daughter, my mother and I stayed here so that we could take the Metro into D.C. to see the sights. We were scheduled to stay Monday June 16 and Tuesday June 17, checking out on Wed June 18. We got to the hotel super early (around 8am) on Monday because we wanted to get into D.C. early so we had a full day there. We went to the hotel first just to let them know that we were in the area and we would be back late to check in, after spending the day in the city. They told us not to worry, that we could check in right now! So we got our room key, dropped our stuff off and they got their shuttle to take us over to the Metro Station. They gave us a phone number to call when we were ready to be picked up. We called them as soon as we got back to the station that evening and someone was there to pick us up within minutes. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We ate breakfast at the hotel Tuesday and Wed morning and both times is was pretty good. My favorite thing was the fresh waffle maker. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed them.

Not upto expectation

Being part of a top level Franchise, this location is not upto mark, with not properly working a/c, access doesn't work on entry door from rear and main entrance is the only way to get in, breakfast was just ok, nothing special about it.

Nice hotel with decent price for Washinton D.C

Pros: very clean and excellent staff
Cons: fix toilet but other than that you cant find a room any better for this rate in D.C.
Location: metro 0.4 miles away gas station within walking distance probably 0.1 miles
Nice clean rooms. very nice staff. free breakfast. only complaint was that the toilet seat was loose and toilet ran every 10 mins or so. if you are planning on walking from branch metro stop to this hotel it is about 0.4 of a mile. shuttle is available from 7am -9pm. neighborhood looked safe enough but on 3rd night there as we were walking back to room, there were 4 distinct gunshots about 200 yards away. after that we took taxi from metro to hotel. they all charge $10 for two people for the ride. metro ride into down town D.C is about 30 mins one way. metro closes at 11pm on weekdays and 3 pm on Friday and Saturday. check times of metro before making plans!!

Not a good experience. Interrupted all 3 nights by noisy neighbors and smoke alarms. Air cionditioner did not work properly and room never cooled off - even on the collolest setting.

Friendly service and Clean

We had stayed as a family of 5 so we needed a cot. The hotel was sold out and no extra pillows were available. The rooms and bathroom were very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was very close to the metro to go into DC. We took the shuttle there and walked back to the hotel. We were also minutes away from Great Adventure Amercias so it made for a perfect location. The breakfast was very good and was kept on top of.

Old, dirty, loud, thin walls and worn out beds.... Stay away...
