The Staff was very helpful with directions and services. Friendly and Courteous. Well Located within walking distance to the Metro-Rail and Bus Stops. However, the Restaurant in the Hotel, was a little costly for what was offered. But the food was good.

The hotel offers a solid room in a good location. If you need a meal, there are plenty of choices nearby and the location is near public transportation. I was unlucky on this visit and my next-door neighbors arrived loudly at 3 a.m. I called the desk and the noise subsided. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Silver Spring.

This hotel is very nice and centrally located to shopping and many restaurants. It is quite a walk to the Metro, however. I had a problem with the locks on my door, but the situation was handled promptly and professionally. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and clean. right in the middle of everything shopping and restaurants close by. I did not notice while booking the hotel that we would not be able to use the pool since we had someone under 16 with us. But everything else was great!

The hotel was great, considering it was the most reasonable priced one in the area. There was a mix-up on the breakfast deal, but was straightened out just fine.

Great downtown location; pleasant, helpful staff; convenient parking; quiet and clean hotel.

“Downtown Silver Spring Hotel”

Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast included. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Silver Spring. Five minute walk to the metro station. Downside: The hotel did not mention they were undergoing renovations. So when checking in I had to walk with my luggage around the block and go up the public parking lot elevator to the secondary entrance. When checking out, I had to take the same way out and wait outside the original lobby entrance ( where it was really cold).

“Great Location”

Got a great price for a pretty decent hotel, and it's in a great location! Great variety of stores, near public transportation, including buses and the Metro. Will definitely stay again, when in the area.
