“Not Impressed”

My husband and I checked in and the attendant at the front dest was very helpful and courteous. We had gone to dinner and got in about 10:30 pm. We were watching television and about midnight the craziness began. Our neighbors were SO LOUD we couldn't sleep at ALL. We called the front desk and nothing happened. This went on for about an hour. We finally went to sleep and it started again at 5 am. We called the front desk again, nothing was done. I was going to go next door, however my husband said; let's call the front desk again. FINALLY someone went to their door and it was quiet for about 30 minutes and it started again. We hardly got any sleep, therefore we were not happy.

“Not good”

It is far away from the city, it was too loudy and the room was not clean, we had problems with the water. NOT RECOMMENDED

“Would stay again!”

We stayed 10/14/11 - 10/16/11. The hotel is very nice inside and the rooms were cozy. I did not like the surrounding area. No coffee to be found in the hotel unless you buy and none within walking distance. Our room was booked for 2 adults and (1) 5-year old child for 2 nights. We received breakfast coupons for 2 adults only for one day. We had to pay for our child. The parking garage for the hotel, which you pay $14 a day for, is very cramped and not suited for an SUV. The staff was very friendly but they really need more staff at the desk. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes because the guest did not speak English and the front desk person could not understand her.

“Beware,you can do better”

We were there on a weekend so not sure if staff during the week is/,was as incompetent as the weekend staff . We stood @ the front desk at check in for a while one staff member was helping a new guest the other staff member stood there shuffling papers & doing some #'s while fully seeing us but not giving us any recognition whatsoever & this happened again on our 2nd return to front desk after the first room they gave us had a toilet that self flushed every 90 seconds. The 2nd room was quieter ,sans flush...but it wreaked of cigarette smoke & bad air freshener, then on our 2 night ,on return our keys didn't work because their computer had checked us out .no one apologized & our 2nd nite was Double the price of 1st nite -Not booked by expedia..so lesson learned - book all nites with expedia....just not here!

“Very accomodating staff!”

I had an excellent experience. The room was more than I expected, the staff super friendly and accomodating. The hotel was easy to get into, parking area was close and well lit. The hotel restaurant was nice and again, the wait staff was friendly and helpful.

“Condit6ions Good - Service bad”

Although the room was clean, comfortable and good order, customer/cultural services needs improvement. We asked several employees re best option of travel to the Washington Convention Center and they did know that the train stopped at the Convention Center, not a 10-minute walk as indicated.

Not impressed. No microwave and refrigerator . You have to pay $ 14 extra for parking .

“below average”

The price was good but that was about it. I've been to a few crowne plaza hotels and they vary a bit. This one was low on service. Restaurant was below average. check-in took a long time even though only one person was on line in front of me. Though it was only the second week of September, the pool was already closed for the season.
