New, Clean and Inviting Hotel

Pros: The free parking, and the attractive, modern decor were all pluses.
Cons: I was very disappointed with the check-in process. The person working there needs further training.
I stayed here only overnight, and was out in less than 12 hours. It's located in a business park setting, with ample free parking, which is one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. The place is new, with modern, pleasing decor. I will definitely return. I was very disappointed with the check-in process. I asked for a room on the first floor, close to parking, so I could have easy access to my car, since I need to unload a few things, and also needed to leave fairly early the next day. The person working the check-in denied my request, and said there was a bigger room on the first floor, but I'd have to pay more. What's the use of an empty room just sitting there? Most people don't want a room on the first floor because it's noisy. So why not give me a room there? He was not accommodating and clearly needs to go for training in customer service.

Nice quiet hotel in busy section of Silver Springs

Enjoyed my stay. Day staff was friendly and accommodating when requested for later check-out. Bed was quite comfortable and the shades kept room dark for a good night sleep.
