Cons: continental breakfast shuttle to the metro
Location: great - lots of things to eat wish there was fro yo close by!
Check in was easy! Staff very friendly! Pool is small but nice! The room was small but comfortable. The location was nearby to gas/food and a 7-11 which came in handy!

Quick trip just a sleep stay.

Pros: The hotel was clean. The room had several amenities.
Cons: Lager bathrooms.
Location: Lots of shops and eateries.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff supplied the requested hypoallergenic pillows. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room was spacious but the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel

I've stayed here a couple of times now. Its a very nice hotel and the rooms are very clean. I also like the fact that its near a shopping center so you can get food and services with no problem.

Great Stay

I had a great stay, room was nice, breakfast was good, the location was great, near a Friday's and IHOP, I would recommend this Hotel

Visiting family in Silver Spring

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the dinning area and the food was delicious. Our server, Darrel, was very professional and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Takeah at the front desk was also very professional, helpful and so sweet. The night staff along with the mentioned employee's helped make our stay excellent. One other thing I would like to mention is that the night front desk receptionist connected my iPad to hotel Wifi which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I visit family in Silver Spring and will plan to stay with you again. Thank you. Linda DiScala

quite decent but nothing spectacular

The hotel was quite decent but nothing spectacular. Check-in was pretty quick, and the person at the desk was nice and helpful. The room was pretty nice but not everything I had expected. There were several places to eat within easy walking distance, which is a great plus

Pros: Bed was great.
Cons: 2 different beds can be provided with 2 diff types of Pillow, all soft pillows are not good for all.
overall, the facility was great, the bathroom door did not close, but it was not much of a problem, wifi was not part of deal so stayed without it to save cost.

Opened the door to our room to find..someone in it

The actual hotel was very nice and clean. Just stayed for one night on new years eve. They had trouble finding our reservation when we arrived. After a few minutes they found it and gave us our room key. Upon opening the door to the room we found an older gentleman asleep in the bed! One of the strangest experiences. We returned to lobby and told the receptionist what had just happened. He swapped the room and went on from there. Other than the strange room mix up, we had a good stay. Clean room and comfortable bed!
