“New, clean and comfortable”
This hotel is new and while in a crowded area of MD, was in a quiet location.
“Would stay here - Not real close to metro”
Most comfy beds!! Employees extremely friendly. Breakfast good. Lighting in Bathroom not great and no fan in Bathroom. Hotel not real close to metro - 1 drawback if you are going to D.C. and walking a lot like we did. We didn't want to walk that distance back to hotel after walking all day in D.C.,so we drove to metro and paid for parking there - only 4.25. Many people did walk but just so you know it isn't real close. Great hotel other than that.
“Very Nice”
This hotel was really nice for the price. It was the last stop on the Green Line (Branch) You are able to walk to the metro, but on the weekends there is free parking, so why not! Otherwise it is $4/day. The breakfast was pretty good, but ended @ 9:30 if you liked to sleep late you would miss out. Beds and bathroom were nice too. Doesn't seem like it is in the best part of town, but it seemed relatively safe as it was sort of an "industrial" type area.
“Wonderful place to stay.”
We went over 4th of July. The hotel was clean and very close to a Metro stop. Within walking distance, but they have shuttle service. Pool was clean and had a life guard on duty. Wonderful breakfast and alway enough for everyone. Very friendly staff couldn't of asked for better. Helpful with directions to places. Would diffently use again. Wonderful trip!!!!!!!!!! Great price especially with breakfast buffet.
“Nice Hotel”
Took my Children to DC to see the Nationals Play and then to the Smithsonians. The hotel was clean and on a quiet dead end block. Hotel shuttle drove the family to the Metro which was a quick and convient train ride to the Smithsonian. Took the Metro back and the hotel shuttle drove us back to the Hotel. If you are looking to visit DC this hotel was very convient and clean. They also had a complimentary breakfast buffet that was a nice touch.
“Thoroughly Impressed”
We could not have been happier with our stay here. At 2.5 stars, the decor, staff, and rooms easily rivaled 4-star hotels in other major metropolitan areas. After a 2007 renovation, the lobby looks fantastic. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the bed superb. The staff were accommodating, polite, and always smiling. Dwight at the front desk seemed genuinely happy to be there, and greeted us like old friends every time we walked into the lobby. Even the continental breakfast was surprisingly palatable! A bit of a milk snob, I was thrilled to see milk in -gasp- a refrigerator, rather than sitting in a bowl of ice. Simply, this is not what I expected from a Holiday Inn. Well done.
“LOVELY HOTEL”
this hotel is very clean and our room was very quiet and peaceful!!! would go back to stay in a new york minute!! LOVED IT!!
“Great Hotel, clean!!!”
I really used it just to sleep one night. The only thing is that I booked 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and they were full and gave me a room with 1 king bed and a single bed. This is just to let you know what happened to me. It was good it was not a discomfort.
“wow!!!”
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!! THE LOCATION WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE SUBWAY.
“Look no further.”
