Cheap and conveniently located. Walkable with shops, restaurants, and a red line WMATA stop nearby. Room looked worse for wear, wallpaper damaged, bottom of doors chipped, etc. Water never got above lukewarm during the weekends. One day room service tried to enter even though we had the do not disturb sign on the handle.

Parking is always limited at this location. You may have to use a public parking structure a few blocks from the hotel. Other than parking it's a nice,quiet and well maintained building!

The hotel's parking lot is poorly lit. The public parking garage next door is convenient and well lit, but the rims of the car parked next to mine were stolen overnight and the kiosk to pay was finicky. Both of my rooms were handicap accessible, turning the entire bathroom into a shower, which was undesirable.

You got what you paid for , excellent stay and the location made my trip easier , The room was clean the beds where good , the building and facilities are pretty good maintained , staff are very welcoming and friendly ,I loved the Ethiopian culture in the area . Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I think they were a bit short-staffed during the holiday, but other than that, very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was subpar. Area it is in is a bit sketchy, but that's not their fault. Obviously an older facility, but recently renovated and well maintained. Good value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only annoying thing was in the morning when I would bring my luggage and the kids luggage to the car, the main door was locked and I had to wait for the workers to open it for me. My key card did not work to open the door and I made multiple trips to the car due to the amount of luggage we had!

Short and sweet
All those very short time period I did have a nice day. I have stayed there before and I remember the breakfast being impeccable. I couldn't get to breakfast this time because I had to leave early hopefully next time. I just don't like paying to park.

The staff that checked us in was impatient was standoffish. When i asked quesyions about how to put my credit card she heaved a deep sigh. Felt putting maam after everything would make up for that. Was impatient about me asking where to sign on the form. Was not the best person to see when you enter a facility. Otherwise the other staff were friendly and nice. Hood breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice soaps

Great stay. One exception was the heating unit kept making noises while running. Maintainable came up daily to check it but the noise returned after about an hour of use. Had to turn off at night

The hotel is run down, not the cleanest but convenient for what we needed. The downtown area about 5-10min away was very nice with many options for dining and activities.

The rooms appeared newly renovated and were clean and spacious. There was s a little street and patron noise, but nothing serious. The staff was helpful and most friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of both hot and cold offerings. And, the breakfast staff was constantly busy making sure there was plenty of food. I do wish they had not been so busy as being unable to wipe tables. The lobby and breakfast area were a little cramped, but it worked ok. All in all, I had a most pleasant experience.
