Duvet was not cleaned well if at all. No refrigerator. Ice machine on third floor not working or clean. Night Stand not plugged in. This reduced options to plug electronics up and charge them.

We may have left the door not completely closed. It is hard to close completely. Someone was in the room when I returned. They left but had stolen clothes, money and cards.

This place is a glorified motel. No bustle whatsoever. Also had a Police officer with siren lights going on late every night which I assume is to deter crime but made me just worry more. No housekeeping at all either. This was my 6th or 7th option for my trip but I would not recommend anyone stay here. Not worth it at all.

This Red Roof is convenient to MGM and Top Golf. The volume button on the remote was broken, but the front desk lady brought me up a replacement in less than 2 minutes. It was really quick and I was upstairs. I have stayed here many times and never had anything negative to say. But there was an unknown bug on the drapes, I watched it for a momenf to make sure it didnt fly away. I went to grab some toilet paper to grab it, but when i came back from the bathroom it was gone and I didn't go looking for it. Overall though, surrounding hotels were charging $300 /night, and I got a warm King bed for $80.

The bathroom wasn't the best, I had to ask for an iron and ironing board. When I flushed the toilet the water filled the bowl so I had to ask for a plunger. I would stay again as long as those areas get taken care of

Over All Pleasant Experience
Over all we had a pleasant experience. We reserved a premium room for our 1 night stay. It was very clean, comfortable & a great value. All of the amenities were as promised & we had no issues with bugs, smoke smells or unwanted people hanging out around the property. Check in was smooth & simple, the gentleman that assisted me was great. The only issue we had was at check out when another family & I had to ring the bell multiple times & wait at least 20 min for someone to acknowledge us because the clerk was apparently consoling another employee through their personal issues.

Disgusting
The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from previous guest. They were dirty and had stains. We changed rooms and that room also had dirty linens. I returned the keys and found another place to stay. I am waiting for a refund because i could not stay there in those conditions.

There were roaches, bed bugs. I was accused of smoking in my room because I burned incense due to a foul smell coming from the hotel plumbing. They kicked me out in a puring storm after I'd paid for the day. I was stranded outside the hotel for hours!!!!! I will be contacting an attorney!

Area seemed sketchy. Room was ok in size and had microwave & fridge but saw roaches and the room wasn’t very clean luckily it was only for sleep because I stayed out the room as much as possible. I made sure to check all my things before I left so I wouldn’t bring any roaches home with me. Yuck!!

Well first off after all the good money that I spene check out that I could not get a #Lateas I check out that I could not get a #LateCheckOut becuase it isd super important e ror ? Like reepers to get in and clean thje rooms? Like really theyh wilhave plenty of time . Anyways and the ehrt at the front desk a young lady she was nasty when I called the front desk to ask 4 a late checkout and the Customer Service Agent had a nasty attitdue not just cause she she told me no about the late check out but even when I went down to check out she had an attitude like she aint want to be at work when she should humble herself and be grateful to be employed because it is a lot of folks out here whom are not but would like to be, I am y hard earned money I want some respect all the way around. So sorry but when I have paid a cut coin to have an hour later 4 late check out seriously that is a whole problem I went to check out and return my key I asked for my receipt in which da guy when I checked out and she didn't give me my whole receipt I got da incidentals give me my whole receipt I got da incidentals receipt but I don't have one of the charges included from last Wednesday til taxes and fees included from last Wednesday til dis one here please and thank you. Don't play with me little girl takes that stink ass attitude sum one else else if I ask 4 my receipt cut the jokes girl 2 me cause y'all took my money cute the jokes girl.
