“Loved this hotel”

I stayed at this hotel On Oct 25th. The staff is very Friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was Great. Breakfast Buffet gets 5 stars. Everything in the room was Fresh and Crisp

“Clean and comfortable - would stay again”

There are a number of hotels around the area, but for the cost, you can't go wrong with the Residence Inn. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

“Suite a little small but very nice. I prefer bath separate from toilet.”

Idyllic setting for a quick or long vacation. Nice appearance upon entering the facility. The room was bright and felt comfortable. Finally a hotel where I did not smell residual nicotine!!!I will return but would request a room a little larger.

“Dissapointing”

The staff when we checked in seemed extremely new and ill advised. they advised me the room was not ready and told me to have a seat. The couch that I sat on was WET!! Check in was supposed to be at 3 but we waited until 3:30 to check in. Our room faced the parking lot and car alarms would go off periodically through the night. That was not good!

“Overcharged, but corrected”

I was charged by expedia, and also by the hotel. After I called and spoke to a representative at the hotel, it took a week for my funds to be returned to me. It was frustrating, but I didn't have to fight with them.

“Wasn't a fan”

The hotel room was very nice, and the location near the waterfront is pretty. However, we had issues with our card entry to our room, and one time when one of us couldn't get in the room b/c he forgot his key, the man at the front desk wouldn't let him in because the room wasn't under his name, but under his friend's name who wasn't there at the time. The man at the front desk actually said "guess you're up the creek without a paddle."
