“Business traveler”

The refrigerator in the room was not operational - brand new but not put in service yet. The TV must be satellite transmission, I was unable to use it. There was delayed transmission at times and at other times the TV wouldn't respond to the remote commands to go to a specific channel. Not a big issue for me though because about the only TV I ever watch is the news. Stayed here to attend a business meeting at the Gaylord Convention Center - very convenient, better priced and enjoyed staying in a smaller hotel than the Gaylord. Excellent view of the river. Enjoyed the walk between the hotel and the meeting.

“Great location, good value”

My wife and I stayed at the Westin for a racing event and would definitely stay there again. On the upside: 1) The staff was very friendly and helpful 2) The rooms are very comfortable and clean 3) The amenities exceeded our expectations - the room PPV movie selection was good, the room service was excellent, and the gym was one of the best hotel facilities I've seen, and the bed was very comfortable 4) The location is great - right on the waterfront and within walking distance of pretty much everything 5) The hotel looks very modern and clean 6) The location is great - we were able to walk to everything including ICE, Build-A-Bear (right next door), the Mayorga coffee shop, and a slew of restaurants The only negative I have which was very minor is that the shower design floods the bathroom - the water runs down the glass door and then runs onto the floor. I stepped out of the shower to find a floor covered in water. You have to lay a couple towels down to get around that. Every other aspect of the hotel was great. The hotel looks modern, clean, and we very much enjoyed staying there. Did I mention that the staff was all great?

“Nice location, great service”

It is a very conveniently located hotel, with great service and very comfortable rooms. I recommend it especially to these travelers who attend conferences at Gaylord Convention Center at National Harbor.

“Best Hotel on the Potomac”

My stay at the Westin Washington National Harbor was incredible. I love the decor and the comfort of the room. The staff was extemely courteous and friendly. I will stay there again if the opportunity arises. The only recommendation I would make is improve the channel selection on the TV. The choices were limited to mainly sports and news. I like to relax and the news although important doesn't need to be the only thing I have to watch.

“Wonderful Westin”

Seriously one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I love the big bathroom and comfortable beds....and service was top notch.

Stayed 1 night while visiting family in the DC area. Beautiful hotel in great location with easy access to beltway and parkway. No free parking at hotel, parked across the street in parking garage. Did not use valet parking option, don't know what the cost is. Room was very nice and spacious. great bathroom with walk-in dual head shower and glass wall.

“Extremely Fulfilling and Fabulous”

I patronized this hotel during a 3-day conference I attended. I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel rate and appeared to offer the best bang for the buck. Boy was I right! The hotel staff was accommodating and engaging in small talk. They presented smiles and were informative. My sister left her toothbrush home. She was easily granted one via the front desk. In addition, we wanted to have a refrigerator in the room. We were not promised one, as it was a first come first serve basis, but was immediately granted one upon our check-in. In fact, when we first opened the door to the room, the hotel staff was leaving after dropping off the refrigerator. This is definitely going to be my hotel of choice in the future.

“Stay at a Westin anywhere you travel - A++”

Wonderful stay - room with a view, best bed ever and friendly informed staff...had a great time even though we were only there for a night, we went into Washington - short cab ride - wonderful to experience being in the capital any time of year. Then we came back - wonderful restaurant across the street!

“Gem of National Harbor”

Wonderful stay at the Westin. We had our dog with us and simply had to sign an agreement that assumed responsibility for damages. There were no extra fees charged. The bellhop explained how everything worked and where everything was arranged, which helped since some things were hidden. We would definitely go back. We really didn't even want to leave in the first place. It was a great hotel.

“Great hotel!”

Everything about the hotel was excellent, it was beautiful and in an incredible location. Our room was gorgeous, very spa-like and relaxaing. We ordered room service and the gentleman that delivered it was excellent! He was very accomodating and knowledgeable about the area. Great stay! Wish I didn't have to leave!
