Amazing views of the National Harbor!!!

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location!!! Of course, amenities and service were also first rate.
Weekend R&R trip…hotel is located right on the waterfront, not across the street...was upgraded to SPG floor and had all needs met by extremely friendly staff. Awesome service began from the ever-attentive valet staff and check-in staff member Mohammed. Very comfortable room and heavenly pillows, rain shower, inroom Starbucks coffee, too many amenities to mention. I had a cool relaxing rest and feel rejuvenated again. Will most definitely return.

2nd to None

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Nothing to complain about. Stay was perfect.
Cons: Parking.
Location: Many shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. National Harbor has some parking issues, but nothing the hotel can do about it.
It was wonderful. The view was second to none. The cleanliness, comfort, in fact the entire experience was awesome.

Great hotel!

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Great staff, elegant/comfortable rooms
Location: tons of shopping/restaurants/bars etc
Amazing hotel/staff! It is within walking distance to all the shops/restaurants etc. If you don't want to use the valet parking, there are public parking decks just a block away. The hotel is on the water and has an amazing view!

Very disappointing stay.

Posted Apr 25, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Replace thread bare carpets for a start, and follow the hotel's own clean up policy. Try to meet the needs of seniors.
Room not cleaned. Refrigerator not provided for seniors. Staff not very helpful when complaints made. Dirty towels (face, hand, and bath) removed upon request of a change; only one bath towel replaced. No bath mat replaced. Overall a very bad experience

The hotel has all the appeal of a battle ship

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: It's location
Cons: Complete renovation and update
Location: On the water front
The hotel is basically all gray, no appeal visually, small rooms tiny tv, old bath tubs instead of showers basically a extremely over priced disappointment.

Elegant hotel in walking distance to shop/dine

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dinning options
Cons: My only two complaints would be that 1.) there was no DVD player to watch a movie and 2.) parking garage parking is a block away and not validated
Location: A huge plethora of dinning and shopping options with a great price range (casual to fancy)
Beautiful hotel overlooking the water with friendly staff.

Westin, National Harbor

Pros: Location
Cons: Shampoo hallway carpets
Location: Good restaurants and shopping. 20 min to DC and surrounding attractions. Secure and clean location
Consistantly good hotel, conveniently situated in the heart of National Harbor.
