This hotel needs to be gutted,rebuilt or destroye.

It was old, and no upgrades at all. TV barely worked, bathroom fan didn't work. The lighting was so bad you could barely see in the mirror. It had wood rot. Awful hotel. Expedia needs to remove it.

Over all, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, it was quiet and the staff was polite. Hopefully this will be my experience next time.

Location: Downtown restaurants are good. Plenty to choose from.
We stay here mainly for the location and low rates. We don't spend much time in the room so we can live with the conditions. Room is usually stuffy when we arrive as the A/C is off. A good airing out usually does the trick until the next day when the cleaning people shut the A/C off when they are done. Cable has ok reception on the national channels, poor reception on the cable (I think the hotel is on one daisy chain of cables split at each room and sent off to the next). Walls and woodwork are old and generally needs to be redone. Carpeting and furniture are ok. Have stayed here a couple of times. Only come back for the rates and convenience.

Room smelled a bit odd. Ice machine and the soda machine did not work. Told office attendant who said they have been telling the manager for some time. Would be nice to have the numbers of some restaurants in the area that deliver. I would appreciate a carafe of coffee in the lobby. Though I had a coffee machine in my room, I do not believe I saw any coffee I could brew. Staff was polite and though I accidentally booked a smoker room, did what they could to find a non-smoking room. The wifi reached my room at the far end of the complex which was nice.
