I got the wrong room then switched to new room tv and air-conditioning wasn't working and also got charged 2 times for my stay and have not gotten my refund back

Mattress was horrible - like sleeping inside a bowl. Had to place a pillow under my back. Staying in a hotel at full price when it is under heavy construction is unacceptable. Breakfast was great, but the table surfaces (edges of table) need to be refinished. They edges of the tables that I was sitting at for breakfast was nasty, as if covered in grease.

I have stayed here before and the hotel offers excellent service. However, this time it was under renovation was not as clean ans cluttered. I am sure once the renovation is completed the hotel will be back to a number one facility.

Poor standard for an extortionately high price!
The hotel is undergoing a renovation. Apart from general construction considerations, our room specifically was sub-standard: 1. Outlet cover missing from HVAC power. Code violation and safety issue 2. Phone did not work 3. Closet door catch broken and swung open - had the prop shut 4. GFI in bathroom inoperable, i.e. it does not trip. Reset and Test does not work - code violation and safety issue 5. No hairdryer. Bracket on bathroom wall but no dryer mounted or available in room. Had to go to reception bc no working phone in room. $415 per night is price gouging for a room at this low standard. IMO, a significant discount should be applied to what we have paid to this hotel, and I will not recommend them, and will post a suitable comment on the web.

Service was good. Only one person checking in Friday Nigjt. Long line. My key would deactivate everyday. AC in room was not blowing cold air. But tolerable.

Hotel undergoing renovation, so top floors had hallways in a mess. Got moved to 1st floor. Older hotel and can do with upgrades. Would have liked to have known beforehand, as both my wife and I suffer from allergies.

Hotel was under renovation which was okay. But we had booked a room with a king and sofa pull out. In the first room we received the sofa bed mattress was dirty. With hair and blood stains and other stains. When we told the front desk staff this. They did get us another room but it took 40 minutes for this to happen. The next room we went into had very dirty carpet with no towels and the sofa bed was dirty again. Was not happy with our experience.

Comfy but unsightly
The walls around the window in the room had big cracks and chunks. The toilet handle was broken. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and wobbly when you walk. Previous occupant's keys were still in the room on the floor. The hallway was being renovated but looked REALLY unwelcoming. And the elevator was broken. :( Breakfast was good and beds were comfy at least?

Aldo at the front desk was very nice. Once the rooms are fully renovated, it will be much better. The A/C in our room was not cold enough. Overall, a good price for the service and stay we received.

Trash on the outside was overflowing, curtains in the room soiled, cockroaches in bathroom sink, needs new comforter bedding, paint and will not stay here again Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Breakfast was not tasteful.
