Trip to College Station for athletic event

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Nice hotel not far from university, restaurants, etc.
Cons: Price could be better or they could offer breakfast for the price that they charge
Location: Near Texas A&M, mall, restaurants
My family stayed here while my son attended a sporting event. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was good.

Convenient to A&M

Posted Jul 31, 2014
College visit-needed a room. Convenient location with Starbucks coffee on premise and full shop within walking distance. Room had 2 queen beds and A/C unit (not central air). Nothing really special but again-convenient. For $150/night I think they could toss in breakfast. Free wifi was a plus.

Reservations mean nothing.

Cons: Management
Reserved my room at this hotel 3 months in advance. When I found out that my flight would be delayed, I called hotel to inform them of my late arrival. They thanked me for the call, and said they would see me when I arrived. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30am to find that I didn't have a room. I asked "how could sell my room? You had a credit card to guarantee it." Their response was "We didn't sell your room. We were just oversold! We found you a room 35 miles away, if that would be OK" No apologizes, nothing. Poor management!

Location: Texas A & M campus and surrounding restraunts. Great location to all attractions in College Station.
Enjoyed the quiet room and clean restroom. The beds were comfortable.

Nice hotel close to A&M !

Posted May 11, 2014
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here for a graduation. The staff was helpful and friendly, free Starbucks coffee in the lobby was great as was the computer and printer. I would have preferred a free continental breakfast over the bistro for breakfast, but it was fairly reasonably priced and the fruit was really fresh in the fruit cup.

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable night's sleep I've had in a long time. I had trouble printing my boarding pass on the hotel computer, and the manager saw that I was struggling, so he helped my by allowing access to the hotel business computer and walking me through the process. He was very professional. We will stay here during every College Station visit!

ok but not what I expected.

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: it was clean
Cons: food and service
Location: it said that the hotel was in Bryan - it is not - it is in College Station
food was bad - ordered 3 different breakfast foods - none were good. ordered a roll away bed at 3:00pm and they came to our room after 10:00 pm (coming in with key card) to deliver bed - scared us to death!
