Nice hotel and good price for the area. Close to everything. Liked the craft beer voucher that comes with room. Room service was quick and food was good. Fitness facility is above par. Would stay there again.

Close to A&M Campus

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: repairs
Location: Close to A&M campus. Lots of dinning options. Shopping nearby.
The young girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The buttons on the AC didn't work so you could not adjust the temperature. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Sheraton Four Points College Station

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Convenient location. The staff cleaned the room (with the exception of the shower mold) well.
Cons: Shower cleanliness (mold at top portion of tile), more towels, musty smell in room, noise from the outdoor pool (pool facing room on 4th floor)
The room smelled a bit musty. Therew was a little black mold at top portiono shower tile. The front desk assured us the shower mold would be cleaned, it was not. I was able to remove it with soap and water. The breakfast buffet is minimal - scrambled eggs, two types of cereal, coffee, juice (OJ one day, apple the next), some sliced fruit, biscuits which were not fully baked.

It was a nice stay and would recommend it. The only thing was that our rooms a/c unit was a bit loud when it would kick on and the bathroom door was squeaky.

the hotel was obviously an older hotel that had been remodeled. The decor was nice and the bed was great.

My new preferred hotel

Posted May 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was very comfortable and after a long day on the road, we were thrilled to be there. Over the next two days, the service and amenities of the hotel made us very glad we'd chosen it. I have to be in Bryan several times each season for sporting events. This will be my preferred hotel going forward.

Paper thin walls, Good luck getting any sleep.

A colleague and I stayed here the week of 4/28/14. Management had no idea if any rooms were clean or not, or which rooms were currently occupied vs. vacant. After waiting 30 minutes to be checked in, you would think they would offer a free soda, water, etc for the inconvenience. Nope. We left to go get dinner, and came back a few hours later, and finally checked us in. Once in, every time someone from an adjacent room turned on their water, it sounded like Niagara Falls was next door. I could hear young twenty-something wanna-be rappers three doors down talk and joke about how they could smoke weed here and never get caught...despite smelling it late night through the doorway / vents. The late night noise was horrible. Finally able to sleep at 3am, I asked for a wake-up call...phone never rang the next morning. Glad I set my backup iPhone ringer. Lastly, my iron was not working (even though it was plugged in, no power). I call down to the front desk, and ask for another. 15 minutes, nothing happens. I call again and the front desk student worker says she will personally deliver it. Nope, however a housekeeper does with what looked like dried on caramel syrup all over the metal plate. I try to clean it off, no can do. So I call again. Someone brings up another iron, this time leaking everywhere. I'm in a hurry, so I empty the water and just iron with no water. Worst experience I had in a hotel in a LONG time, and I travel 40 + weeks out of the year. Stay at your own risk.
