“Good place to stay for the cash”

Rooms are clean & cold there is free internet and they change the sheets and towels everyday. The pool is clean and there is lots of ice in the venting machine. The motel staff was friendly though the owner has no personality; he was there on sunday for my checkout. The breakfast is milk, coffee, ceral some muffins and a very, very, very small dining area nothing to wakeup to. I did not come to stay here for the breakfast so I dont have a problem with this. I would stay here again anytime you will not be disappointed.

“Great Location”

Located very close to the University and College Station Night Life (Check out Dixie Chicken). Room was clean and recently updated (new carpet), AC worked fine. One light near the bed would not turn on. Had to move bed to plug it back in. Wireless Internet worked fine, at check in I was given the key (nice touch). Outdoor pool isn't heated, nor is the jacuzzi. Picnic area is weedy and muddy, this area should be weeded and maybe crushed rocks or mulch put down so it could be used. Overall satisified with stay.

“Perfectly acceptable”

Breakfast better than expected. Included cereal, bananas, bagels, waffles (toasted, not made to order), danish, orange and apple juice, coffee. Very close to Texas A&M, next door to Applebees. Never used the coffee pot or microwave but cooled all our drinks in the refigerator for our 500 mile trip the next day. Towels were small and not very thick. If we had stayed more than one night we would have asked for more.

“Everything I Expected”

Our stay was everything that I expected. I didn't want to pay all that extra money for a one night stay. I do not ask for much: clean & comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom, and decent service. This place was all that, plus a very convenient location next to campus. Has a little age on it, but the price was right. Plus, they weren't looking for the "two night minimum stay" gouge that the other guys force you into on event weekends

“Very old hotel, but seems to be trying to keep up.”

Old place, but they are trying

“Pleasant”

Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast bar left MUCH to be desired. It was not clean, very limited in offerings, "out of order" equipment. There were restaurants nearby, which helped. The sleeping accomodations were fine, the continental breakfast was not.

“Not fancy but nice.”

I needed a place to stay while visiting my college student. I normally stay at another hotel but their rooms were booked up. This hotel is not fancy but it is just down the street from A&M. The breakfast was a simple selection of cereal, toast and juice. There are several restaurants nearby, two are right across the street. The rooms were comfortable and roomy and there were plenty of plugs for my laptop and other gadgets. I did not have a coffee maker in my room but they very quickly brought one over when I requested one. If you plan to lounge around the room all day, this is not the place for you but if you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head, give this hotel a try.
