Booked a non-smoking room because I don't smoke. They say I did and charged me $200. If I were a smoker of ANYTHING I would have booked a smoking room. Apparently they can just make stuff up, make false accusations and charge you for it. I don't know how long they have been running this scam, but be warned and stay elsewhere. They are fraudulent thieves!

Thank You for your feedback. Please take a look at house rules printed on your folio which will explain your charges. We encourage all of our guests to read them during check in as well before signing. Our hotel staff and management does everything possible so that we can avoid false charges against any guests that stay with us. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any reasons to avoid the charges after your stay. None the less, we do appreciate your feedback and for making future guests aware of charges that could be involved when house rules are violated.

Worst spot in Collinsville.
Broken furniture. Dirty. Toilet kept running all night. Shower had a device for shampoo and shower gel (soap), but it was completely empty.

Bed was comfortable, but carpeting was sketch. Room had a moist feel. Microwave didn't work. Hotel is a bit secluded and since it was a slow night, I didn't feel like my car was secure in the lot. Nothing happened, but led to a restless night

Cheapest hotel in that area. Smelly rooms, stained carpets, not cleaned well. Cigarette smoke coming through door from outside. The place is pretty gross. The staff though was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was neglectable. I found some juice, mini donut rings, apples and yogurts.

At first I wasn't impressed because the young lady who was to check us in was kind of rude. We got there at 1:30 and she PROMPTLY told us check in isn't until 3. But when we returned about 6pm the one who took her place was very nice and helpful. The room was clean but where they had washed the tub out they didn't get the hair off the drain. Other than that the room was very clean. Breakfast was a huge let down.

I don't care if Pot is legal in Illinois, if I and the people in rooms next to mine are NON SMOKING rooms, that includes Pot. It seeped thru the walls, and pipes. Made me sick. Also Staff not always in office, and I was ignored one day as She is sitting in car on her break. And breakfast is a joke. Why stay open if You do Not want to be in the Hospitality Business? It is an older run down facility. Stayed there because we couldn't get in where We usually stay in area.

We stayed in an accessible room with a shower head that would have made it impossible for my husband to shower. It didn’t fit into the holder and just hung down. The water only hit the wall and it took two hands to wash my self/my hair and rinse. My husband could not have done it. Fix the shower head!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the breakfast, or lack therof. We were told that it would be available between 6am and 10am. On Saturday, at 8:30am there were only two yogurts, and on Sunday at 8am, two small packages of breakfast bites.
