The elevator was out and we were notified at check in. Since they were full, it's a good thing no one in my family is disabled because I'm not sure there would have been an accommodation for us.

No matter where your room is you’ll have to walk a long way. Desk staff lied and said they had no rooms to check in early when 3 people without reservations checked in 5 hours early.

Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Price was affordable. Lots of parking although a little difficult to figure way into lot. Elevator was out of order but they offered us room on first floor if we needed it.

I love coming here just to relax and unwind. I do it every year. I put the "do not disturb" on the outside of the door and no worries. But when I need the room picked up or more towels and things, they are quick to get it done. Was just a little noisy this time outside my window, but that's to be expected due to it being the rear of the building. I will always return here and go nowhere else! Thank you!

Good stay for the price
Room was clean and comfortable beds. Toilet seat cover wanted to keep falling down as the tank didn't look like it was unstalled properly, but you could get lid to stay open after a try or two. I had eggs and potatoes for the hot breakfast. Eggs must have been from a mix or something they didnt taste right for me, but the potatoes were good. I like the cancelation policy so over all its a good hotel to stay at.

Front desk was rude and unprofessional. Key cards consistently needed to be re set daily. Bed was hard, room smelled of dampness. Laundry room was next to room and was loud all day. Shower had poor pressure. Elevator broken Vending machine broken Water machine broken. Exterior doors did not work with key cards.

No elevator.
Decent stay. Only issue was we are both disabled. They had us on the second floor and the elevator is out of order. Difficult time taking the stairs. Front desk did offer to carry our baggage up though.

We heard TV's in adjoining room. Doors closing to room slam shut and as other guests enter their room it creates a lot of noise. The hinges need to dampeners.

The hotel was clean but was outdate and smelled like weed BAD. Also the elevator was out of service and the washing machine was out of service. Also some of the gym equipment wasnt operational

I didn’t like the fact that I asked for and was told I had a handicap room reserved upon arrival however I had no handicap room. All other hotels were booked so we had to make due which altered the experience of my trip drastically!!! I did not write down the person I spoke with as I normally do so I don’t even know who dropped the ball! So no one was accountable and my trip suffered because of a employee not reserving the room I requested. Not just a room but a handicapped room. I don’t think I will use them again and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone. The room was the worst part of our trip!!!
