The only reason to stay at this hotel - unless you are gambling - is the amazing view of the river and Arch. Then the price of the room is worth every Penny. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Dining is limited in the Casino and expensive for what is offered.

Well first of all sites listing rooms should be aware of or make their customers aware of the $100 deposit required at check in. When we got there and took care of deposit they checked us in to a room that when we got to the room had a do not disturb sign on door and people in the room. So after going back to front desk to get a different room while my family waited in the 4th floor hallway we got settled only to wait 20 minutes for every elevator ride as only one of the 2 elevators worked. Room was clean though I will give them that.

I was nervous about staying at a casino property, this was a great, clean basic room with all of the amenities you would expect.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Properly someone in one of the rooms on our floor was smoking marijuana. You could smell it all in the hallway. Outside did have cigarette butts, and someone dropped their cup of soda, it laid out there for hours, right in front where drop off and pickup is located. Our room was very clean, staff was wonderful.

The facility was rundown. There was a large number of unsavory characters loitering about the building smoking Marijuana. However, the staff was very nice and he.There was on site security that required all guests to have a key ro enter the the elevators.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Good variety of food options in adjacient casino facility. Convienently located near public transportation to and from St. Louis attractions. Lone negative note is that only one of the two public elevators was in operation.

Room was quite nice, quiet, and comfortable. Very easy access to the Metro station and a short walk to the casino. No real complaints at this price point; was a reasonable rate. Obviously would enjoy some breakfast options or dining options in the hotel. Probably would choose a different option next time in the area.

Water was pouring into our bathroom from the sprinkler. Issue was fixed but caused us to miss a shuttle for the game and then no one bothered cleaning up the mess and i had to do it

It was very run down had many broken tiles on the bathroom floor exhaust fan did not work so windows were fogged over from taking a shower ( great water pressure)many stains on the carpet and broken lamp shade i paid $140 for a $40 room

Filthy carpet, TV didn’t work, food in the food court at the casino was horrible, DJ in the casino foyer was so loud that we struggled to order food in the food court and guest noises all hours of the night.

The beds were rock hard & we had to switch rooms. Dresser drawers were broken & hanging down & the room was just in shambles. The staff was kind & switched our room w/no problem, but we will never stay here again.

Seems like a dangerous area to have a hotel/casino. There is nothing around unless you cross the river into st. Louis and even then it's a driving mess to find a place to eat at. The casino has a few places if your pocketbook can handle it just no variety.
