Great for college students to stay at going to the convention center only a two min walk

“very good hotel”

It was a great hotel. very economical. very nice pool and spa room. the breakfast was fantastic, and for once the eating area was large and we did not have to worry about there being an open table. I plan to stay there again.

“Clean and comfortable”

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast is OK. There are several restaurants in the area. If in the area, I would stay there again.

“Clean, comfortable and a good value”

Nicely kept up property, convenient to lots of food places and a quick drive for those working on the Conoco-Phillips project. An added bonus - a very nice 6A buffet for those heading to work!

“No soap or shampoo”

The towels were made into a cute bunny and the washcloths into neat shapes. but there was no soap or shampoo in the room.

“Not impressed”

Received smoking room. Smell was overpowering. Pillows were lumpy. Bathroom countertop was cracked. Walls were stained. Check-in counter staff were disinterested.

“Not a good place for a restful night or morning”

We are extremely disappointed in this hotel. With the name Comfort Inn you expect a nice hotel, unfortunately, that's not what we experienced. We checked in late and was hoping to have a non smoking room, unfortunately, they were booked and we (non smokers) were stuck with a smoking room. It was like the room had been smoked in constantly without ever getting aired out or room freshner applied. We had to leave the door open as long as we could to help air out the room. The linens did not smell clean and fresh instead they smelled as bad as the room. We were on the third floor and the noise in the commons area carried all the way to the room. By 6am the kids running down the halls and at the breakfast area was so loud you would have thought they had a megaphone. The breakfast was not restocked, an hour before breakfast was to end the coffee was gone had to drink decaf. No fruit or yogurt and muffin tray was almost gone. Everyone was booked except this hotel and now I see why.

“a dump”

Old hotel with poor management and a useless staff. Breakfast ran out every day, and they didn't even bother to keep coffee stocked or plates out.
