Staff were friendly but room was not clean. While the hotel can control unruly residents, the timeliness in addressing them and contacting law enforcement, made it seem unsafe.

THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Internet barely worked! They kept running out of towels ! Upon me leaving I overheard staff talking about me and my business and I am a struggling mother. They also gave someone a key to my room without my permission and I was attacked. I will be hiring a lawyer !

There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. There was also hair in the bathtub. The bed so was horribly uncomfortable! The mattress was like sleeping on concrete!

My wife got scolded for touching the touch screen at the check in desk looking at the dishes you have to ask for in full kitchen room, room stunk so bad had ask for airfreshner just go in room . Still had to go buy glade plugins to mask the smell ( didnt work ) found a pill under air-conditioning unit woke up next morning to a cockroach crawling on the wall

The room needs some updating, the carpet had some strange sticky stuff on in, the sink was spraying water (a hole in the faucet), the fridge was pretty gross on the outside. Thankfully bed was clean and comfortable and AC worked great. I wasn’t a fan of some of the people who seemed to be “living” there-many of them constantly smoking cigarettes outside (even though they claim to be a smoke-feee property).

They have signs around the property about a 10 point cleaning process. The carpet had some lint and paper on it. The counter top in kitchen had spots and in the morning, I discovered the shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Although staff was pleasant, it was not clean. I checked out early and desk clerk said he would pass my complaints on to the manager, but I never got a call. I don't recommend this property to others.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We went to the front desk to get a new set of sheets. There was no TV remote in the room. We had to ask for plates and silverware because there were none in the room. The manager of the hotel said we should contact you for a refund. I slept very poorly related to this experience.

Worst check in I’ve experienced
Worst check-in I’ve ever had. Hotel said they couldn’t pull up reservation, even though I had confirmation e-mail from Hotels.com, and my credit card already had the amount taken out. Said they couldn’t call anyone about it either. Repeatedly just said “we don’t have anything to do with hotels.com.” Then tried to check in normally with another room they had, and they couldn’t figure that out because “computer shows it dirty, even though it’s not.” Literally 40 minutes later, 1 am, they said “oh it’s showing up now,” but was for the wrong day — even though my confirmation was correct. Eventually they called some hotel manager on the phone who told them (2 people who couldn’t figure this out) to just do it. It then took them 2 tries to make keys that work. Hardly worth mentioning but room had food on the floor in between two beds, too. I stay in about 50 hotels a year - worst check in I’ve ever seen. Hotels.com makes it near impossible to get a human on their phone, too, which doesn’t help.

Very Disappointing
Wasn’t nearly as clean as the pictures would have you believe (dirty floors, shower still had someone’s hair all over, sheets and towels smelled like burnt rubber/oil). Check in staff member displayed unprofessional behaviors ex. Smacking on gum…loudly! Noisy guest with zero control.

The room smelled very musty. I had to get a febreeze plugin, a candle, and some spray to get it out. The toilet kept clogging so I had to keep asking for a plunger. The elevator stopped working at one point. It's not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but...if you have no other options.

Nice room but don't expect an actual breakfast.
Hotel was listed as providing breakfast, but we do not consider instant oatmeal and granola bars breakfast! There is no ice either. On the plus side, the room was comfortable and having a little kitchen and a table was very convenient. Staff were all very friendly.
