we were so pleased with this particular hotel. I almost had given up on Fairfeld Inn's after my most recent stay, in another city. Staff was so pleasant, room was quiet, clean and in a very convenient location. Very pleased and will stay again when in the area for business or leisure. I traveled to the area for eye surgery appreciated the kindness of the staff.

half a pool, no work out room, no whirl pool... show your room key at hotel across the street and they will let you use theirs, they said... I hot an idea, why don't I check out and go someplace else

Location: Good location, great restaurants nearby, good shopping.
This hotel stay was disappointing as compared to like-hotels priced at this rate. The rooms were out dated, hotel was not well kept, pool area small & a bit unclean.

I booked this hotel for a business stay, and when arriving the hotel seemed to be a little unkept from the outside. Check in was fine, but our room was not as clean as expected. We went to sleep anyway only to wake up and see 3 roaches in the bed with me. After complaining to the hotels general manager, she called me a liar, refused to refund the amount that was supposed to be paid for staying the night coming up, did not offer another room or any type of resolve to the situation, and kicked me out of the hotel without allowing me to shower and dress (even though the room was still payed for through that next night). I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

Could not get water above luke warm in the shower. Some of us tried on Friday night and some Saturday morning with the same results.

The cleaning staff were a great help on our visit. My mother-in-law ate grapes in the car and got the juice in two different places on her slacks. After trying to remove the stains in our room unsuccessfully, I went downstairs to the laundry and asked the ladies there if they had anything I could use. They gave me something (can't remember what it was, but they did say it had bleach in it). I took it back to our room and was able to get all the stains out so she could wear the outfit again that night. The breakfast was good and the staff there were also very helpful. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.
