“Overall, good spot”

Typical Hampton. Very nice room. Plenty of space and FREE internet. Nothing irritates me more than hotels that try and charge $10 to use their system. Easy interstate access and plenty of food choices nearby.

“Poor Customer Service”

The room I booked was great. It had a king size bed, living area, and whilrpool bath. The room was very clean but later in the evening there was a lot of banging around in the room upstairs and we found water leaking, more like streaming, from a crack in the ceiling of our room. Luckily it was right above the tub but when we called the front desk they said that if the banging upstairs continued to call back and that they would check into the leak. No one came to our room to check the leak at all. I was afraid to take a shower in case the ceiling caved in! The banging never did get taken care of upstairs either and it lasted most of the evening. Upon leaving the front desk staff was rude when confronted with the issue and no one having come to check in the leak. They did not seem to care, didnt even ask how the stay was and again said someone would be up to look at it, after we were already leaving. A little late for that I thought. They didn't even offer an apology. If you plan on going to this hotel, be aware of the customer service. The location and room itself, as well as the hotel, was great but the people working there couldn't care less.
