“Convenient, comfortable, clean, and more”

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel. They had a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet , and the food and service were excellent.

“Holiday Inn in Alton a good choice!”

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. For the area this was a very nice hotel with 2 bars, an indoor pool in the center of the landing in the hotel, and a dining room. I didn't eat in the hotel, but the menu did look appetizing. Will stay there again. Much better than other hotels I've stayed at in the area!

Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet leaves a bit to be desired.

“Good Value!”

Great full service hotel for business traveler or the entire family. Very nice pool but the first time I have ever seen an indoor pool closed due to lightning.

“Okay stay”

Service friendly. Room was fine. Dog barking in room across hall was annoying. First time that's happened at this place. We have stayed here half a dozen times and it's usually fine. Main thing is if you want quiet, request a room away from the open lobby/pool area.

“Solid Holiday Inn”

Nice hotel. Room was clean, well-sized. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfeast buffet was very good (had to pay a nominal fee). Beds were a little soft for my liking, but nothing outrageous. Nothing stood out negatively.

“Fine for a night”

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay in Alton to go to the casino and Fast Eddie's. There was a wedding going on at the hotel, so it was a little bit noisy at night. I think a lot of wedding guests were staying there so I heard a lot of them going to their rooms at like 1:30, but it was nothing to bad. I would stay again to visit Fast Eddie's!

For the class of this hotel and its price, this was a very pleasing facility and experience. If I visit the area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

“Whole lot of roof leaks”

wE WERE ON THE TOP FLOOR AND THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE IN HAD STANDING WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM COUNTER FROM A ROOF LEAK. WHen we got off the elevator there were buckets in the hallway to catch all the roof leaks

“Family Hotel”

Good Hotel for the money. A bit noisy on the weekend.
