This place is okay but really needs help with the housekeeping department.The towels and toilet paper were missing upon checking in. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job.There were plastic bags and food left from the previous person. There was hair left all over the bathroom floor and sink.They left soap caked on the bathroom floor and there wax left on the floor as well. The base trim was cheap and faling off the walls and you could see the trash collecting in the glue. The previous person had placed a paper towel over the fire alarm and the housekeepers did not take it down. You can tell that there are long term guests there and some were extremely loud and you could hear fights.The stove and full size fridge were great.It is not a terrible place but needs better housekeeping.

It was a clean place. Staff is super nice. Just that some of the clientele that now are there are not off the best crowd is all I can say. Def had gone downhill over the last few months.

Unprofessional and disgusting
I called the week before our stay to confirm check in time because my daughter had dance competition and we were on a tight schedule. I was told 3 pm is check in. We got there at 3:30 and was told the room wasn't clean and it would be 30 minutes. The smell of smoke was overpowering. Then they told us at 4:10 that it would be another 30 minutes. I had to try to get her ready in the car and just try to make the best of it. I decided to take my girlie in to get into costume in the general bathroom in order to be on time to competition. When we went into the bathroom there was no toilet paper, but the empty roll was set on the floor. The toilet was full of pee with half a roll of toilet paper in the bowl. Urine was all over the seat and poop smeared on the wall. There was what looked (identical) to pubic hair all over the floor and toilet seat. There was no soap to even wash your hands. We turned and walked out. They of course said it was to late to get a refund, even though i still didnt have a room available. Not only was I out the money, I had to then find another hotel. Worst experience I've had. Don't waste your money! And please spare me the generic response you post to every review both good and bad.

This property is the biggest joke possible. If you want a room that never gets cleaned your whole stay then pick here. Clearly you’re only staying here for the price BUT trust me just stay elsewhere for the extra $10 a night. The managers suck, they are beyond rude & lazy.

Just no, hard pass. Look elsewhere. If your car isn’t comfortable, and it’s too cold or too hot to bum it outside for a few…maybe this is the place. But NO, probably not even then. Hard pass. Just say NO..because the people here do not. Decorative artwork on the wall, rusty toilet paper holder. No table. Two crunchy worn hand towels is all you get. Groups outside smoking and drinking and scoping out who’s going and coming, and what they might be moving with them. YEP Microwave, TUH. Lamp light at bed. TUH. Bugs, weird smells, drugs, PLENTIFUL. Think people of Walmart meets hotelier.

Never been in a worse hotel.
Arrival took over two hours. They claimed that they couldn't let us check in because their system wasn't letting them finish the transaction. Then, they told us we could check in, but the room we reserved a month prior wasn't available, and offered to put us in a different room for the night. We had no other options, so we did that. The room was complete garbage. Seats, carpet, curtains were all ripped and shredded. AC and Refrigerator didnt work. Smelled harshly chemical. No TP, hair dryer, or towels in the bathroom. Checked out next morning (5th). Contacted Hotels.com to assist with a refund, since Welcome Suites refused, and WS claimed that we hadn't checked out, and that our things were still in the room on the 12th. Requesting chargeback with our bank. absolute garbage hotel, with NO help from Hotels.com.

Had me sign a no smoking agreement but my room smelled like smoke an look like a smokers room bathroom wasn’t clean an there was food left on the kitchen floor the air conditioner filter needed changing an my bed was really hard wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free

No, pillows..brought us up 2 and said that was the last 2 in the building, all hotels have 2 per bed. No cup to take medication, had to use our hand. A present in the toilet, we had to flush to use...grose! No coffee, had to drive up to the gas station. Beds uncomfortable. We will not be back or use Expedia ever again.
