“Good place to stay”

Our trip was to St. Louis, this was about 10 minutes away and was conveniet to get to and from. Hotel itself was great, exactly what it appeared in the information.

“A pleasant experience”

Our limited contact with hotel staff during our brief stay found them to be professional, efficient and friendly. Reservations through Expedia handled well, quick check-in and check-out, very competitive rate. Room was well-appointed and clean. We especially appreciated easily controllable in-room climate control and good sound insulation (cool and quiet). Furnishings were comfortable. Location (middle of a huge asphalt parking lot adjacent to a major shopping mall) was hardly charming, but was convenient and easy-access. No complaints. We'll likely stay there again (family in the area) and do recommend it to others.

“Very unhappy with Hotel”

We arrived to find that our hotel room was not ready, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to get in our room, the room we booked was supposed to have a refrigerator, but it did not so we had to wait again for them to find one to put in our room. There were small brown bugs that would come out of a hole in the grout when we showered. The bathroom vent did not work. The Internet sometimes worked and sometimes not. Some of the light bulbs in the room were burned out. We ask not to be disturbed and hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the maid came in anyway. I am sure there were other things I just cannot remember them now

“Clean, Friendly, easy access”

Ramada Inn Fairview Heights was easy to get to, and very friendly staff. Our room had a slide out door so we could go outside without walking through the hotel. Would recommend to any one wanting to visit St. Louis without staying in the city.

I don't know why other people give such bad reviews for this hotel...if they are expecting the Taj Mahal, then they should go stay there! I got a discount for staying 3 nights, the staff was very accommodating, the restaurant was a huge plus, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Other hotels in the area charge you way more for a couple down pillows? No thanks. I will take the Ramada Fairview Heights any day. Thanks!

“For one night of peace and quiet!”

Since the staff was overhelmed at the Ramada Inn Fairview Heights, they handled themselves very professional. Even with us being rerouted to another Hotel - they were very apologetic and found us a quiet clean hotel. Can't say I would have picked this out first, but I would stay again for one night if going back.
