Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"This hotel was exactly what I was hoping for. Very quiet at night. Everything in the room was in working order and clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk staff were professional and courteous. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The breakfast was quite good. I did not use the pool but it seemed people were having a good time swimming. Access to the interstate was easy and the restaurants immediately around the hotel were fantastic! I seldom repeat stays at hotels but this one I will likely stay at again the next time I'm in the St Louis area."
