“Fabulous Hotel”

I have been visiting Cologne for a number years and arrange my stay for the availibility of the hotel as this is the only hotel I will stay in when I go to Cologne. It's location is excellent as it is close to the main shopping area and about seven minutes from the cathedral. The service is excellent and any request is promptly dealt with. The only disappointing aspect of the hotel is the size of the swimming pool, they really need a larger pool

Great location, very smart hotel, perfect for a city break. Breakfast is very good, but if not included in price, at 17euros expensive.

“Excellent hotel”

I would stay here again. Staff friendly, speak excellent English. Brekfast buffet with huge selection of food, in comfortable surroundings watching the boats go up and down the Rhine. I had a fabulous half hour back and neck massage, after a swim and a sauna. Very centrally located for all the sights.

This hotel is in a nice position in Cologne, close to river, cathedral & plenty of bars & restaurants. The hotel itself is impressive with a beautiful atrium containing lovely shops, bars & restaurants as well as gym, pool, sauna etc. It was a lovely, quiet & relaxing place to stay & was a warm retreat after touring the nearby Christmas markets on a cold December weekend.

Good riverside position and easy walk to main centre and right by a tram stop. Excellent standards of rooms and facilities.

“One of my favorites”

I have stayed at the Maritim before and chose to stay here again because of the excellent staff and the comfort of the hotel. The hotel is located just off the Heumark Plaza with many restaurants and cafe's closeby. Its also located just a short walk away from the popular shopping district and a room with a northern view will usually have a good view of the famous Koln Cathedral. The Maritim may be listed as a four star but with five star quality and service it will always be one of my favorites.

“A fine hotel in cologne and convenient access to the city”

A great hotel team who looked after us very well when we were in Germany for the Herbalife Extravaganza. Good facilities and good food, we had a great celebratory dinner in their top floor restaurant, they did themselves proud, well done to all
