“A pleasure to stay for a weekend trip”

We had a great weekend, superb hotel staff, nice rooms, fabulous food and really nice environment. Hotel is not to far from the city centre and over all we would recommend it to our friends and family to stay. Thanks for all.

Excellent value for money hotel. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good locality within walking distance of Koln-Mulheim town centre, 5-8 minutes walk to main Koln-Mulheim train station and two other tram stations. 10 minutes by train into centre of Cologne.

“A lovely hotel”

The people running this hotel are really friendly and there is a car park opposite to park overnight which is only accessed via key. Not many of the people there speak much English, so basic grasp of English is good. Lovely food,menu all in German so I stuck with Beef Strongnoff, Hotel bar is lovely and very good service. Overall I would be happy to stay there again. You can walk to get the underground which has a regular service every 15mins into the centre of town.

“A great little find”

Excellent service & food. Spotless, comfortable, room. Some noise from a nearby railway, but not too intrusive. Dom, etc nearby. I shall return here when I visit Cologne again.

“Close to train station Koln Mulheim”

Only a 5 minute walk to the train station "Koln Mulheim" which is 2 stops away from the main station in Koln. Very good value

“Cheap, yet good service”

Very good value, decent continental breakfast (croissants, variety of breads, cold meats). Room small but comfortable, decent TV service.

A map is needed since no directions are given on how to get from the train station to the hotel. It is quite confusing and not easy to find even though you are not far away.

“Nice hotel but expensive”

This hotel is two stops on the S bahn to the city centre, but we had trouble buying tickets from the station nearest the hotel (about 3 blocks away) rooms were small but that's normal for euro hotels. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful, and the bar and restaurant downstairs was great. Continental breakfast is one of the better I have seen in europe.

“Good Value and a Comfortable Place to Sleep”

Quiet, quaint, location. Hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and patient with visitiors that did not speak German. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Some American travelers may not like the "business only" bathroom. Shower, toilet, sink, and no frills. 5 minute walk to the Koln Mulhiem train station. You pass a great little bakery on the way to the station. 30 minutes to Dusseldorf on the express, 5 minutes to the Dom. The hotel restaurant was great. Drink a Kolsch, enjoy!
