"Naumi - great place to stay"
Naumi is in a good location (across the road from Raffles). Great rooftop swimming pool. Very friendly/helpful staff. Would stay there again. Coffee machines in the room are a brilliant touch, as is the option of having a glass of champagne with breakfast!

"Great staff"
We recently spent a night at Adonis hotel. We were greeted with a welcome drink and then another drink from the (gratis) happy hour and some snacks from the 24hr snack range. Our room was ready, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The mini bar is included in the price as was a very enjoyable breakfast. The staff were great, assisting with a power adaptor, umbrellas, bag storage etc. There is a good range of local and more up market restaurants very close by.

Pocket Guide: Colonial District - Beach Road, Singapore Boutique Hotels

The birthplace of modern Singapore, colonial architecture and glass skyscrapers form the backdrop for some of the city's most vibrant nightlife. Its trading port origins are reflected in the colorful rows of former shophouses lining the Singapore River, now home to the restaurants and bars of Boat Quay, and the striking Esplanade--Theatres on the Bay complex is a hub for the performing arts.
