We are staying at this motel to get reacclimated to the high altitude. This property was given a high rating at a reasonable price. The room is large and the beds are comfortable. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a lot of places for sightseeing. The breakfast is marginal but you are warned of that before you get here. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.

Villa Motel was a great place to stay. I especially loved its location as I could easily walk to local attractions. The rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The views from this place was amazing. Step outside your room and you’re beholding some spectacular views. Very picturesque and full of nature. Not too far away is a very cute little town full of interesting mom and pop shops selling everything. The price the time of year I went was a steal!

We had a wonderful stay at Manitou Villa Motel. The room was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for our beds. They provided K-cups for coffee and a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. The motel is directly across the street from the bus stop that will take you to the Cog Railway or the Manitou Incline so there was no need to pay for parking for either of those activities. We will definitely stay here again for future visits to the Colorado Springs area.

Lovely little place - clean, comfortable rooms and good bed. The breakfast was on the weak side - bagels, pastries, coffee and juice, and there was nowhere to eat in the office where it was set up. You had to put your stuff together and then take it back to your room to eat. The surrounding area was quite nice with a park across the street and it was fairly quiet, even being on the main road.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Belladonna went above and beyond. Manitou Springs is just a great little town and they are in a great location. Jacuzzi tub was nice after the 13 hr drive. Will be back!

Great place to stay with a budget. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property was a nice layout with a very private bathroom. The only thing is that the hot tub was closed but maybe because it was still spring. Other than that really great place to stay!

This has been a wonderful place to stay! The gals at the front desk were so lovely when I checked in and the rooms are nice and clean! My only complaints are that the hot tub was not open and the pillows are oddly small. I do recommend!

A sweet surprise
Hotel was very quiet. We had neighbors, as we saw their cars. Never heard anyone. Extra bonus they shoveled, by hand, a path to our car doors!!! Our room was clean and large, and had a big tv. Shower hot and cold was touchy when someone flushed. Definitely stay here again!!!

Great motel & convenient to town
Nice little basic motel with a comfortable bed, clean & fairly roomy - more room to move around & stash luggage than more expensive hotels. The front desk staff was friendly. The only challenge was that the shower dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were empty. I travel with my own shampoo/cond. so it wasn't a huge deal and we used the bar soap from the sink. The location is super convenient to shops & restaurants nearby. We didn't try the breakfast since we prefer coffee shops & got coffee & breakfast at Loft Espresso instead (good & friendly staff!). We were hiking Garden of the Gods, and would stay here again if in the area.

I cannot thank David at the front desk more for his help! I had an auto accident during my stay in Manitou Springs and had to arrange towing for my car from the hotel. David gave me an extra hour to check out to sort things out and allowed my car to be towed from their parking lot. The room was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you so much again!

Belladonna was so helpful and just has a beautiful attitude! Our room was roomy and everything was clean. The day was very cold, but the heater warmed the room quickly and there were extra blankets for the beds. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Overall, the stay was very pleasing. Rooms were clean and spacious. Was pleased to see they supplied additional blankets, which with the cold night was a comfort. Only major issue was internet wasnt readily available. My phone and tablet had a hard time locating the server and only after i went to the office did it find it. Once i got back to my room the signal was so weak it dropped.

Great location! The staff was very friendly, nice quiet room, great internet and a comfortable bed. Overall a great stay for everything in Manitou Springs. It is an older motel, but I knew that when I booked, so no surprises there. Thank you for a great stay.
