Took a cold shower one morning because there wasn't any hot water. Talked to front desk about it and they didn't seem to care. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very Nice hotel

Pros: In a perfect spot for downtown
Cons: The parking fee
Location: Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, Old Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy and lots of places to hike.
This is a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only down side of this entire stay was the fact we had to pay $17.00 a night for parking.

Outdated and overpriced

Way outdated and overpriced. No hot water one morning. Not cleaned til 5 pm another day. A cTacomb of a parking garage and at 17 dollars per day. The garage was dark and spooky. Never saw the bar open. A hoity toity wannabe but certainly not there

Parking

The only thing that upset me was , I was asked if I was go u n f to need parking passes and was not told that there was a Very high charge for the passe $17.00 each. It was just added to my bill.

Walking Distance from Everything Downtown

Lovely hotel, wonderful location. I really wish they had an airport shuttle, though. Taxi service for red-eye flights is pretty touch-and-go and I nearly missed my flight. The bar and lounge that are almost always closed are a bit of a tease, but there is a fine bar that's sort-of connected; you have to ask.

Disappointing with good view.

Pros: The view, had it not be impeded by scaffolding and men on the roof below me making me want to keep the curtains drawn.

Location: nothing to do without driving 20 minutes
I picked this hotel for the view. But it cost as much as much nicer places in town that were in better areas. I was disappointed with surroundings, with construction and updating that was going on that I was unaware of, with chipping paint on doors, with expense of parking and internet for such a high nightly rate. I just expected more from a Hilton.

Great location, tyni room.

The rooms are very small, the bathroom door only opens half way cause it hits the toilet. Great location walking distance to restaurants and bars.
