Comfortable place to crashPosted Jan 26, 2015
Great price point. Renovations were somewhat inconvenient. No elevator and no mini-fridge. . Great breakfast provided. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shower was amazing. Bed and pillows were perfect.

Newly remodeled rooms with new beds.Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and with lots of variety
Cons: Please please please invest some money and improve your bed frames. Pay per view would be a nice asset to your hotel
Unfortunately the bed frames do not have support and the mattresses "SINK" pulling you towards the middle of the bed, making it extremely uncomfortable almost impossible to sleep. We did complain the next morning and they moved us to a much nicer and bigger room for the rest of our stay, the bed was much better however it still sank a bit but not as bad as the first room/bed.

Nice locationPosted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: The heated pool
Location: We visited the cave of the winds, mountain zoo, downtown manitou
My friend and I stayed here for the last 2 nights of our trip to Colorado. The pool was nice and it's in a great location in relation to the attractions. There were also stains and cigarette burns on the carpet and our room had a musty smell. Almost couldn't find a place to park and there was a lot of adjoining room and hallway noise

Nice hotel, friendly staff.Posted Dec 31, 2014
Location: It took a couple of days to understand the lay-out of the city, once I did I was happy with the location (southwest edge of town).
We stayed for a week at this hotel while vacationing over Christmas. It was very nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. My daughter loved the pool and exercise room. I enjoyed the sauna very much. Only issue with this hotel was the location which was not bad in relation to the city but just getting into the parking lot was a little confusing even GPS couldn't get it right. You had to turn on a little side road then go through a restaurant parking lot. After finding it though there wasn't any problem.

Decent Accommodations at Reasonable CostPosted Dec 4, 2014
Cons: Sometimes key cards don't work.
Location: Many malls and stores several blocks away; close enough to be convenient; and far enough away so noise from traffic not a problem.
Great staff; room (very comfortable bed; shower, TV); ample up close parking; modest but nice fitness center; indoor pool with hot water area; 24-hour coffee/tea; nice hot breakfast. Overall AAA.

Quick to get to off of the interstate, friendly service all the way around, and the remodeling is updating the hotel nicely.

Cons: Internet service
There was a problem with the phone in my room for the entire 6 days I was there. It continued beeping that there were messages but there weren't and no one could get through to my room on the phone. I unplugged it when I went to bed. The Internet connection was really bad; it was slow and then would disconnect on average once an hour. The bed was not to my liking but would be fine for someone who liked a very soft bed. Staff was polite. But I won't be staying there next time I'm in Colorado Springs.
