Pros: Beautiful property! Beautiful scenery and location.
Cons: Staff were slow to respond in the restaurant and at the pool. Twice we were promised service and no one ever returned.
Location: Tons of things to do in the area.
Very good overall. I would go again. Great property overall. Easy check in and out.

Care and attention from start to finish!

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: The staff are obviously well trained in the art of service. It was clear to me that they all actually cared about us having a wonderful time.
From the lovely, attentive front desk women who worked to find us the perfect room, to the delightful man who waited on us at dinner, to the quick, friendly response from housekeeping who sent the 2 funny, sweet maintenance men to help with our confusion on how to operate the thermostat - it was a pleasure and a delight to have stayed at Cheyenne Mountain Lodge!!

Superbe construction de bois. Parfaitement équipé

Pros: Le buffet est excellent et la vue sur les Cheyennes Mountains est époustouflante. Hôtel vaste, service implacable et chambres confortables et propres.
Location: A 15 minutes du Old Colorado City et du Garden of the Gods ! Plusieurs accès aux parcs nationaux facilement accéssibles.
Nous y étions pour 3 jours avec une fille de 6 ans et tout y a été parfait. Les enfants mange au buffet gratuitement ! Agréable surprise !

OK

Posted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: Access to indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor activities
Cons: service
Location: Pike Peak Garden of the gods Monitou Incline COG railroad The front desk was not very helpful in letting you know what things there are to do
In our room our TV didn't work, it kept flickering so it didn't have a still image. We called 3 times to ask them come fix. The third time someone came up to our room and told us to play around with cable, meaning move it around until the image is still....really??? The alarm clock and iron did't work either. In addition to that we ordered desert from their restaurant they got our order wrong and were willing to correct it unless we paid additional. Lastly, we were charged for activities that were suppose to be free (e.g. using the fitness center). So overall, the hotel looks very nice, but the service we received was by far lacking.

Nice hotel in Colorado Springs

Our stay was short, but everything went well while there on vacation. The staff was excellent, and the resort is in a convienent location.

Pros: location
Cons: customer service
The room was average. The balcony view was of the staff parking lot. They advertise the room view as a courtyard. They would not change our room even though I was willing to pay an upgrade fee.We were on the second floor and were awakened at 5 am from people walking around on the 3rd floor. Poor noise control in the rooms. We waited 2 hours for appetizers at the Altitude bar which never came. Young children were running around the bar area unsupervised. Definitely family friendly!!! Not appropriate for the bar area. We had reservations at the Mountain view restaurant at 9:00 pm on the patio. They gave our reservation to someone else after I had just confirmed in person at 8:55pm. I will not return here.

Lovely Property

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Everything, but especially how pretty the grounds are.
Location: Very residential and quiet.
We stayed only one night but wished we had more time at this hotel. It's in a nice residential area of Colorado Springs. The pools were great, staff was helpful and not obtrusive. The only thing is it's getting a little older, and you can see where some outdoor things need a little maintenance. My family and I enjoyed the sports bar in the evening - really, everything was fantastic here. Also a great place for kids.

Nice hotel close to zoo

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Hotel was nice with a lot to do unless it rains. Says there is an indoor pool but it is a pool with a bubble over it that still closed when there was lightning.
