Common areas were dirty; had to drive at least 25 minutes to find a good place to eat.

NO HOT WATER!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Tried to find something, but hard to. It is close to downtown and Dennys across the street.
Cons: Clean the lot for one thing. Terrible first impression.
Location: Easy freeway access.

This hotel was horrible, paint pealing off the walls, door cards never worked, so you had to walk 1 mile back to front desk to get keys activated(this happen 3 times in 2 days). There was no hot water the first night until after 8:30 am the next morning. No notification from staff that this was happening when I checked in. I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel.

Good experience-Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was varied and extended to 10 AM. It was conveniently located to major highways, interstates.
Cons: Queen beds in double rooms are somewhat tight...ooh, the businesses across the street make the area questionable, altho we had no problems.
Location: It was easy to navigate to the majority of "tourist attractions in this part of Colorado.
This motel was conveniently located to all of the attractions we were wanting to see. It was near a major intersection and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast of hot choices which varied from day to day, and included cereals, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, and a number of juices, as well as coffee, offered 24/7. There was plenty of seating. We were also able to park by a door relatively close to our room. The lobby was impressive and comfortable and offered a computer. Of course, the hotel had free WiFi. The laundry facility was fine and offered a TV or an outdoor sitting area. The exercise room also had a variety of machines available for use. Although there were some sketchy stores across the street, we felt comfortable running in the neighborhood each morning and the bike lanes made it safer for that. Our room had both a fridge and a microwave. Our room was not spectacular but there was nothing wrong with it; we utilized our room as a place to sleep, shower, and prepare for the day. Any hotel help we encountered were polite and generally quite busy attending to their duties, whatever they might be. While we may have appreciated a bigger room, it was all that was available during this busy time. We would stay there again.

Old facility trying to be competitive!Posted Aug 5, 2014
Old carpets, uneven floors, grout missing, paint chipping and mold spots in the pool area... That should sum it up.

Decent breakfast and a few minutes walk to downtown. Nothing really bad to say about this place.

Not bad... if your really there for the mountains.Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The price and proximity.
Cons: While nothing happened while we were there luckily, the lock/security of the doorframes were not ok.
Room was fine, except our door panel looked like it had been broke into the night before and a knew lock was just (barely) installed. No real moutain view, but for the price and proximity it was expected. The staff was polite and efficient. Everything worked but the pool/spa area has seen better days. It's a good choice for those that are staying a few days, but not looking for luxury.

Worst staff everPosted Jul 11, 2014
I had a health issue during my stay, go to see the person in the lobby, ask to get emergency doctors informations and had to insist 5 times to get some kind of unuseful information while the guy at the recpetion was singing and absolutely not considerate of the pain I was in. All of that to realize that there was an emergency facility arou d the corner that he did not mention. He prefered to tell me 5 times that there was no-one on the permise. Additionnaly the sink and toilets were clogged, we ask for a room for 4 and only had 2 towels, and the room carpet were disgusting.
