“Colorado Springs GEM”

This was a basic, no frills hotel, but very close to Old Colorado City and right off of the highway and in between Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, and the Garden of the Gods. If your room is at the rear of the hotel you have a mountain view. The pool was clean and heated well. Breakfast was good with self made waffles. Staff were welcoming and professional as well as knowledgeable about the area.

“Close to everything and superior service at a WONDERFUL price”

Close to everything, right off the main highway, but no noise from it. The beds were super comfy and staff totally made the stay! They went out of the way to make sure you were happy -- always smiling :-) The breakfast was great, make your own waffles - they even had sugar free syrup -- which totally thrilled me! Toast, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, pastries, etc -- if you left hungary, it was your own fault! Super reasonalbe rate for the quality, honestly! Pool was nice too. Computer for public use in the lobby was very conveinient!

“Excellent Package from Expedia to Colorado Spring”

My family and I truly enjoyed the Christmas holiday (21-26/Dec/2009) at Colorado Spring (CO) through Expedia's Flight+Hotel+Car deal. Hotel was good, car rental with Hertz was so easy. Just one signature, pick up the car keys and off you go. My kids truly enjoyed the snow in CO. Looking forward to more good deals from Expedia.

If want an extremely affordable place to stay with free breakfast and internet access, friendly staff, right behind Pikes Peak, one street over from Old Town Colorado, minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs this is the place for you.

“Spacious Room”

We were happy to see that we were given a king sized bed, spacious room and all was very clean. Somewhat dated, but very pleasant. Breakfast was also very nice. Given the price, it was an exceptional bargain.

Everything was alright. Local VERY good, close to most of turist points (10min driving, 6-5 miles). Clean, very good price. There's a Rudy's bbq like 5min walking, very good! There's bus stop around 5min walking, really works.

the staff did a good job. the hotel was clean and the price was affordable. the hotel building was good and clean.( not spotless) but the price was good and the building is a bit older. thanks for asking for an opinion.

“oustanding customer service”

rooms very clean, specially the restrooms, very impressive. The attention from the front desk ladies it's overwhelming. I been into customer service myself for the last 15 years, and for those four days I received a class from them, in how to keep a warm and sincere smile even when you are by yourself and 7 or 8 guest try to check in and out at the same time. breakfast was what they promise, but the difference was the lady running the place, she make you feel like you were there since ever and that was your favorite aunt kitchen. only side down was the green area around ( needs a lot of care ) and the decadent view from the Asian Restaurant at the site front corner, it brings down the entire area.

Very nice. Kids loved the heated pool. Made the trip more fun. Breakfast very nice.
