“Warm welcome and service with a smile!”

The shuttle driver went out of his way to ensure that my needs were met. In addition, I had a class the next day in an area that the shuttle did not service. The hotel staff ensured that I was there on time without hassel.

“will stay again.”

Arrived several hours before check in and they were able to offer us our room. Room was clean and we had no issues at all. Price was great considering it had a fridge, micro and breakfast in the morning. It was not really out of the way for the sightseeing we did in Colorado Springs.

“Hotel Friendly!”

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the linen was crisp and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn.

“A fine place to stay.”

The hotel was clean and we had no major complaints except the ice machine on second floor and hot tub were broken so we went to the Hampton Inn and used their hot tub which was so strong with chlorine it burned our eyes. You could pay 10-20 dollars more a night and stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton next door. But it was fine. We weren't in our room much.

“no elevator”

The only real problem with this hotel is that there is no elevator to the second floor. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother & had to carry our bags up the stairs. We would have asked for rooms on the first floor had we known there was no elevator access to the second floor.

“Mostly good except for one thing”

Everything is good about this motel except...very poor wi-fi signal meant I was unable to pick up my emails using my tablet computer. If you have jack on your laptop, a wired connection is available. They tell me that they will be upgrading soon, so just be aware of this one issue.
