“Pleasantly surprised”

After reading some of the comments of other patrons back from 2011, I was unsure what to expect. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff person, got our room keys & headed up to our rooms. The rooms were very spacious & accommodated our needs. If I was to find any negative about the rooms, it would be that the bathrooms were small, but because it was only to shower & use the commode, it was efficient. The breakfast was great! My whole family enjoyed the several choices that were available. The hostess was gracious & gave several suggestions for some of our activities. Also the front desk manager, Dan, was pleasant & was a joy to deal with. We only had planned on staying 4 nights, but we enjoyed Colorado Springs so much plus the great experience we were having at the hotel, we decided to stay another night. The pool was small, but enjoyable after a long day out sight seeing, the kids looked forward to going down the slide & just relaxing. If we venture out to Colorado Springs again, I know where we will stay!

“Had a wonderful time”

We were very pleased with everything at the hotel. But the kids especially liked the pool and slide. The breakfast was great and was well supplied. One evening we had a little problem we needed an extra blanket and pillow and couldn't get it in the other room I had rented. But other than that we were very pleased.

We stay here often. always treated great. But...The sign on the door to the outside hot tub says it will lock if closed.... IT WILL !!! and on a quiet afternoon you will have the opportunity to climb the fence, run through the grass and rocks barefoot around to the side door to get back in. Grand kids thought it was great. We will stay there again

“has a lot of extras at a reasonable price”

I used the internet for business and in room microwave and frig were very helpful. the continental breakfast was much more than that(waffles, sausages, eggs), and the exercise room equipment was actually first rate.

“huge slide at the pool”

Kids had a great time, the pool was small for the gigantic size of the slide but the hot tub was outside froze a little to get to hottub but the water was awesome. Room was in great condition and no complaints and the breakfast was good, waffles and yogurt sausage and eggs what more could u ask for.

We stayed here with our kids over Christmas break and we all enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping came every day, breakfast was wonderful and saved us a lot of money, and the pool/waterslide was a lifesaver keeping the kids occupied.

We had an excellent stay (7/nights) the hotel itself was high quality...furnishings were beautiful! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest extent. Thank you Expedia we use your services for every vacation and have on been disappointed one time...pretty awesome record!
