We arrived with a large group/team, the staff was incredible and very accommodating. The public areas were under construction which we were not notified of but the staff did the best that they could to assist us. Definitely recommend staying here but check to make sure the remodeling and updates are complete if you have a family.

Hello.... I'm sori i don't mean to complain. But this is horrible i need some one to call me please this is too crazy. We stayed this last weekend 2/24-2/25, they gave us 2 beds that we didnt fit in and they didnt care.

The hotel was pretty empty so we figured since we had kids and grandkids they would have been more accommodating
Then we have never paid for parking
It was $10 for an open parking lot
On a good note the beds were very comfortable

Dirty carpets, sink and toilet didnt drain or flush. I killed three spiders in the room, wasnt informed that you had to pay for continental breakfast which didnt matter because the staff didnt show up to put it out the two mornings there. Couldn't pay me to stay here again

I didn't know this hotel accepted pets. I had a hard time breathing and swollen eyes. They didn't have any allergy medicine that you could buy. The front desk receptionist had some in the back for employees. The room had a bad smoke chemical smell.The water pressure in the sink was almost none. However the shower was fine. I had them move me to another room. Still chemical smell but less allergies. The room next store was loud fighting you could hear everything.

First, I didn’t get the room I booked which was very disappointing. Secondly, the pool & ice maker on both 1st and 2nd floor didn’t work. And finally, the laundry was also out of order.

Towels & washcloths were dingy and discolored, since I have to share how many guests are staying I the room,
The least you could do is have enough towels, what’s clothes, sheets and pillows for everyone. Thermostat was set to warm. Swimming pool wasn’t heated.

Staff has been friendly but our room wasnt cleaned well and no towels, no hair dryer. I felt like I was constantly calling the front desk for things which they were very friendly about but it got old calling once I kept realizing what was missing from the room. Also the hotel is under construction currebtly which I wasnt prepared for. Overall not a terrible experience but could have been better

The room looks good . During the booking it said to be Mountain View but not . The shower doesn’t work and we asked the staff but not cooperative enough to fix it . Glad we stay there only for one night.
Room was clean, well appointed. On line the pet fee said $25 but at checkin they said $75. I informed them of what was on line and they gave me the lower charge.
