After 2 phone calls, to ask and confirm they would accept a FedEx package, they refused it anyway. The freezer was filled 90% with ice/frost; it had not been defrosted in quite a while. Noisy, Not clean,

Nice Price And Good FeaturesPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel really met and exceeded my expectations. My family and I went to Colorado Springs to go to the Balloon Classic over Labor Day weekend. This was one of the cheapest rooms I could find. It is easy to get to where we were going, and pretty close too! The kitchenette was really convenient and we made good use of the refrigerator and microwave. They even provide dishes, silverware and pots/pans for your use! The only negative things I found are that I'm not sure that the neighborhood is the best (we had no problems though) and it seemed like there was a lot of all-night partying going on. It was a holiday weekend so that may have something to do with it, or it may be like that all the time I wouldn't know. All in all, it was a good place to stay. I would stay there again if on a short family vacation. The hotel does cater mainly to the long term resident and I would definitely use it for that if I ever needed to as well.

Average accomodations. No hair dryer.Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Reasonably prices. Well lighted parking lot.
Cons: Put hair dryer in room.
Location: Location does not have easy on/off exits.
Adequate for one night's stay. Expected it to be a little more upscale based on internet description and photo.

Thank you for your review of our property. I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are right off the highway and close to the airport so it's very convenient. Also, we are glad that the parking and affordable rate of the room met your expectations. Though we do not offer the hair dryers in the room, we do have hair dryers available upon request at the front desk. Thank you again for your review though. We look forward to seeing you again, should your travels bring you back to our area.

Complete dumpPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
It started by seeing a car on jacks in parking lot with two police cars circling and the sound of heavy rap music blasting from a room. After checkin opening door to room and seeing what looked like dried blood on bed spread we packed up and headed to the Days Inn. Manager shrugged when I told him of conditions. I don't think he spoke English.

SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!Posted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: the ONLY good thing about this hotel is that it has a nice view of the mountains, that's IT!
Location: close to food
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! we had to leave early because it was sooo gross and scary. Upon checking in they didn't have the room that I had RESERVED and already PAID FOR, they DOWN GRADED me AND didn't reimburse or ANYTHING!!! They didn't even acknowledge that I paid for a better room and gave me crap! On top of that they said they were running low on key cards so they only gave me 1 and I needed 2. That was just the beginning, there was pee in the elevators and on the floors. They let people live there with dogs so there was dog crap outside on the walk ways. The bed had a plastic cover so it felt like you were sleeping on a diaper. I had to buy crappy socks just to walk on the floor, the carpet was sticky. There was NO shower curtain. The locks on the door looked lose like someone had tried to kick the door down. I did not feel safe being there alone without my boyfriend. There was missing silverware. The AC barely worked we had to buy a fan to keep cool and get circulation. There was BLOOD ON THE PILLOW CASE. We tried to get another but no one brought us one. We had to take care of our own trash and everything since housekeeping didn't stop at our room on the ONLY DAY that they come thru. We were sooo disgusted and enraged we left and went to another hotel. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE OR TELL ANYONE I KNOW TO STAY IN THIS CHAIN AGAIN!!!! absolutely GROSS and scary!!! DO NOT STAY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND REGRET IT!!!

Kristen - I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I am very sorry that the room you reserved was not available at check-in. Due to being full, we were unable to fulfill this request. As well, I apologize that your room was unclean and items within it were in need of repair. In response, I am working with our housekeeping and maintenance staff on improving our procedures so that these issues are not repeated. Lastly, we do have designated areas for pets outside our hotel and work to enforce that all of our guests use them as needed. We will continue to do so moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback as it will only help us to improve. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

Pros: Price, kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet, good access to roads in all directions. Cons: Grimy carpet (but rooms are being renovated at this time), Terrible (slow and often unavailable) internet even after paying for increased speed, fussy door lock requiring daily trip to office to wait 5-10 minutes each time for recoding of card,
