“Best value in Colorado Springs”

Staff was very professional and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and no highway noise (motel is not located near highways, but very easy to access). Free Breakfast was good for a light start, if you want a more substantial breakfast an nice cafe is next door. Did I mention the staff was very professional and helpful? If you are on a budget and want a good value, this is a good place to try.

“I will be returning for my next required trip to this hotel.”

Desk personnel was very courteous, room very clean. It was much improved since the last time I stayed there 1 year ago. A microwave and mini refrigerator was availale in the room as well. I was very pleased with this hotel.

“hotel staff very accommodating in uncomfortable circumstances”

My husband and I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and the only thing we wanted to do was eat and go to sleep; as I had to get up early the next morning for a meeting. When we arrived in our room, we noticed a man carrying liquor bottles up into the room next to us where the occupants were being very loud and obnoxious. Needless to say, we couldn't sleep at all. I called down to the front desk to report what was going on; we didn't want to cause any problems, we just wanted to be moved. The lady at the desk was very friendly and changed our room right away without hesitation. We came to find out that the people who were making all the racket were actually maintenance workers who were repairing that specific room. They weren't even supposed to be there past dark. Other than that, it was not a bad experience

“Perfect for a budget”

While I encountered only 1 staff member during my stay, she was very pleasant. The hotel is in close proximity to major tourist destinations including the Olympic Training Center. The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get some rest. There is a great breakfast place next door if continental breakfast isn't your idea of a meal. Overall, the place is okay if you're on a budget.

“Just OK”

This hotel was rather run-down, but we needed a place to stay that was in that particular part of Colorado Springs, and not too expensive. We had to ask for a channel selection guide for the TV, and there were no hair dryers or irons.
